lol, working on it. There’s a certain way it has to be formatted for Q and the task can be quite tedious. I also have to make sure there’s no typos and the such. We haven’t forgotten though.

Not for tightness.

Reverse kegels for tight muscles. A sub would be great to help with this. A lot of women struggle with this after kids.

They can be awkward and tricky to do.
