Ok I normally dont comment after few days of listening to a title. But Omg ! Beyond relaxation and being stress free , I have now sooo much energy in my hands, they are like magnets ! I relaxed my wife without touching her tonight, my hands around 10 cm above her skin. And I feel so good !

@Avengers68 you have done any preparation for this?
Upon release and a few days after I was connecting and tapping into this program here and there and had some interesting results with energies. I felt the time lapses and also a deeper connection to the energy landscapes around me, I felt like I was everywhere at one and the same time. Definitely felt a huge expansion of consciousness.
Now I am considering doing Alchemist so I can run this after.

Had my first listen to the name embedded st 1 yesterday night - 3 minutes.
Even though I was slightly jet lagged and slept like shâŚ, Iâve today recorded the most restorative time on Oura in the 7 months Iâve used the ring. Felt very good and energetic as well. Meditation was also very good as well today.
Small results but promising start.

Is it recommended to start with Alchemist while preparing for AEON or KB first?
Intuitively, Alchemist would make more sense as I would imagine youâd want a base foundation of being able to work with energy to get more out of KB, but not sure if thatâs nessecarry?
AEON took a lot of focus and development to get out, so no time for KB. While there werenât/arenât any plans for KB, that could change.
Potentially - youâd have to try and see. AEON was made with the intention that the user has utilized KB to at least some extent - however, it will work with the natural, in-built i.e already existing processes of the energetic system regardless. If everything is working well, AEON will fire up - but itâs good to improve those processes with KB.
You can use AEON in a custom, of course. Both are completely viable options. Probably the most profound would be running all STs from the start in customs, but that would require 4 different builds.
Since youâve run KB, youâll be fine. Alchemist helps with the more âcontrolâ oriented aspects, but these
can be trained with AEON as well.
Alchemist, KB, AEON. Start a proper spiritual practice with a legitimate teacher. Eat and sleep well. Give yourself enough time.
What practices you use is up to you - the underlying changes are what we are after.
KB and AEON potentially to likely yes, as AEON can work off of KB. But itâll likely be intense. KB and Alchemist also potentially, as Alchemist gives more control - but always keep in mind that youâd be running two multi-stagers at the same time. Titles that had to be split into 4 stages to be run because they were so complex and massive.
AEON is an everything subliminal. But it can be used for those purposes, yes.

Similar-ish, potentially yes. Same, no. If we used the same analogy, itâll likely be similar to upgrading from Windows 98 to 11.
The energies that are developed by KB become much more refined, allowing them to be much more readily used, versatile and easily controlled. Everything becomes smoother as a result.
The aura developed with KB also becomes much more complex and refined as a consequence, keeping the same gravitas but becoming so much more.
I would rather not go into this.

Most people are obsessed with the development of the sexual energy - hence why Khan Black is so popular. And this is for a good reason, of course. Development of the sexual energy has tangible benefits when done correctly. Even those who do things wrong notice some benefit (although this is not something Iâd recommend). Itâs also very obvious as the energy is highly physical.
AEON is going a level beyond this energy. If KB is the foundations of the building, then AEON is the building. And if youâre getting excellent results showing off your foundations, just wait 'till you have the whole building built.
Similarly to the breathing question, the practices that you do are up to you. Weâre after the improvement of the underlying qualities and the refinement.
No plans at the moment, but this can always change.
Not as much as running KB. If youâre really eager to try AEON, you can try running it in parallel with KB 50/50. But, nothing else, and monitoring yourself carefully. This would allow the KB scripting to slowly build the energy needed with AEON utilizing it as it goes on, but the challenge is running two advanced spiritual multi-stagers.
If this was a custom, it would be a lot easier, but if you are journaling, taking action, and being very mindful of your inner state, then try it and see how it goes.
I have had similar worries when I was younger, wanted to do everything myself and not trust anyone.
Sadly, for anything beyond the basics this quickly becomes a limit. In fact, itâs often better to spend a couple years looking for a legitimate teacher or school than practicing by yourself, because the progress youâll make is many times over.
A legitimate teacher can directly look at your state, the way you move and how your energy flows, and correct it right away. Iâve had plenty of times when my energy flow was off and I didnât even notice, but my teacher/s would. Tiny corrections that you would never have picked up on or figured out. A vast amount of experience to guide your growth and the ability to ask about any new strange sensations.
This is all invaluable. A good teacher is priceless. And keep in mind, if someone is teaching, they often have much more experience. Iâm talking decades of dedicated practice under an even more experienced teacher. There is no comparison - but it must be a legitimate teacher.
As for AEON/KB, itâs important, but weâve ensured even those who donât listen to our recommendations will still benefit. So you can try to muscle your way through on your own, and the titles will try to make up for any mistakes you make.
Anything that will benefit from more energy. Even something as simple as moving and thinking requires energy - itâs similar to running a car on coal and then switching to modern diesel - or jet fuel. So much more potential for how far you can soar. Furthermore, the energetic control and the improvement of intuition will help you navigate and optimize your life - especially so if you have spiritual goals. But it will work for mundane too.
Sure, just take it easy.
I think weâve scared a lot of people away from running AEON. In a way, this is good, because people will be more careful and respectful of the title, and will take it step by step.
On the other hand, weâve also taken a LOT of precautions to ensure even the most ordinary Joe Schmoe can run it and benefit, so if AEON scratched that intuitive itch inside you, donât be afraid to try it. Weâve ensured most SC members will be able to run it and get good results (considering most are already running other stacks), but to really start achieving crazy results, then KB is a minimum.
For those who are seriously dedicated to that path, then KB + Alchemist is an incredibly solid foundation.
KB first and is the more important one. You can get the control through running AEON itself.

I was also wondering since Aeon has more advanced tech and development wouldnt running it 4months be a better foundation for Aeon itself than kb due to older tech?
Thats how i felt with khan just running more of same stages prepared me for the next stages and the title overall without ever needing ascension or emperor.

Quick question @Fire or @SaintSovereign. I may have misread the sales page but is ST4 a combination of ST1, ST2 and ST3 or is it itâs own thing like how EOG ST4 is itâs own thing and not a combination of ST1, ST2 and ST3 or is it a combination of all 3 stages + more?
The reason Iâm asking is going back to one of my questions if after running all the stages of AEON. Could I put ST4 in my custom to run long term after that or Iâd be missing the scripting from ST1, ST2 and ST3 since ST4 is not all of those stages together?
Upon reading the sales page again, I can see ST4 would be a continuation of the previous stages so Iâm wondering once weâve run all 4 stages. Can ST4 be use as a stage to keep and improve results with AEON by putting ST4 in a QTKS custom?
