I’m actually there right now, but working through Alchemist and Khan Black has rekindled my love for them, and so I’m going to stay with them for a while longer.
Subclub’s " Resident Sage " has 100%'ed the game and went back to the starter area to finish up some side quests before entering the DLC
Something tells me that 2 runs of KB and 1 run of Alchemist is minimum for full benefits of AEON…
Lol yep, it’s in the copy. I have a feeling I need to run more then that.
I’d love to run it one day, but yeah with two run of Khan Black and Alchemist, and it being 4 stages long, it’s an engagement over a decade.
(Though the pursuit of working on our energy and spirit is the work of a lifetime really)
But yeah it really seem like it’d be worth it, personally I consider it like an endgame sub for energy and spirit, on a similar level to C&C for wealth and legacy
I think it’s more like:
2 runs of KB and 1 run of Alchemist is minimum for [INITIALLY MORE PREDICTABLE AND INITIALLY MORE EASILY IDENTIFIABLE] benefits of AEON…
Kind of like how climbing to the top of a treeless hill on a windy day will be a predictably good way to get started with your kite-flying.
But if you’re resourceful, pay attention to guidelines, and learn (or are led) to spot good conditions, you can actually get your kite flying from a ton of other places too.
And as for the FULL benefits, I think we’re squarely in theoretical territory with that. I think it’ll depend on a whole bunch of other factors. Also, full benefits are a bit like Pokemon evolutionary pathways. They don’t end up at identical outcomes.
This. The original requirements came about before the Progressive Microloop Strategy. It was more a preventative against individuals jumping in and just running full loops. You can still achieve outstanding results from using it as an initial run so long as you adhere to the Progressive Microloop Strategy.
Also depends on persons spiritual, energetic practices, working with teachers etc real life actions to match the sub tempo
A little bit confused about something: once you make it to stage 4 of AEON, is it good idea to keep going with the final stage rest of the time? Or is there merit to keep running the program sequentially 1 to 4 over and over again?
Basically this question:

Thanks! Guess Missed that through my sweep.
Would Alchemist: Singularity do well in substitute for Alchemist Multistage to meet the prerequisite needs?
If you want a good foundation, then Alchemist Multistage is the better option. However, we’ve found AEON to be easier to run than we predicted, so you can try without the prerequisites.
Here are my thoughts on stage 2. I ran it solo, initially I wanted to run it together with Hero Earth but somehow the idea did not feel right so I only ran AEON stage 2 for five weeks. I added a washout after this stage, I’m on week five of the washout now because I wanted to see if the results persist (they do).
I followed my Mo-We-Fr listening schedule, starting with 30s, then 40s, 50s and 1min. From there on I took some time to explore if I’m adding or removing listening time. Always stayed below 4min. No recon that I really perceived.
It’s hard to put the results in words. I’ll try to explain some of them:
-
What I described earlier about stage 1, concerning the calmness in stressful situations, appears more clear to me: I get an input that might stir my emotions - then I can literally see myself from an outside perspective and actually observe myself while I’m processing the feeling from I rational point of view. I’m non-reactive. I then might decide to react or to not react at all. This gives a great amount of power - no one can take away my composure.
-
The energy that I felt with stage 1 began to move inside the body. It was like having a 3-dimensional energetic body and the energy moves slowly form left to right, back and forth and up and down. It was more like a flowing than a shifting, if that makes sense. It then settled in some kind of center and spread over the whole body simultanously. Don’t know how that works but it happened very often in the beginning of stage 2 and then this effect did gradually fade away.
-
I kept my habits that I formed under stage 1, three months ago. Even after going in my washout, the results did not disappear. Some of my habits I did modify, but most of them are really part of my everyday life now. They make my days better and support my goals. I feel that I do have more energy available throughout the day. At night, I can easily unwind and my sleep feels very restorative (I do not run Paragon Sleep).

Some rather difficult to explain observation, regarding time and life, it’s somehow connected to “letting go”, but in an interesting way: I’m not sure, but I guess it is a common thought, that “we” move through time. So that past ist past, the future has still to come and the present moment is the only moment that actually exists. What I did see/feel/perceive or whatever, is, that time does move through me - I am the center and time does flow through my being. But then time does not exist at all. My past is within me, as is my future - in some way, it is all the same and I still need to figure out, what I can do with this piece of information. I’m aware that in yogic practices, past and future, emotion and mind are attributed to certain parts of the body (back, front, left and right), maybe I can gather some more insights through this lense.

All in all, stage 2 (and also stage 1) appear very unspecatcular - it moves slowly, gradually and hardly remarkable. Maybe this is the reason why it feels so liberating to me. It’s like some weight is slowly lifting from my body and mind. In fact, it is lifting so slowly that I don’t feel the lifting at all, I do feel the lightness that takes places, once things are cleared. And it is a very bodily sensation while at the same time it is something more energetic, emotional and also mental. It’s clarity, moderation, awareness and balance. I think, AEON stage 2 has made me appreciate existence in the sense of “existence really does exist”.
So, hopefully, this does make some sense to some of you. I’m not sure if I’m going to write about stage 3, because I ordered a name embed AEON3+Ascencion 1 (Stabilizer) and I don’t want to confuse results when reporting about them.
I expect its hard to describe but could you try and explain how you have felt the energy from KB has been refined? And how does that affect you’re life internally and externally?
KB and AEON feel totally different. KB feels like arousal or excitement, everyone knows that feeling, just imagine having to do something exhilarating, the feeling you get in your stomach.
I don’t think it’s the energy “of” KB. It’s your own energy.
AEON st1 made me aware of this energy so it’s kind of a similar feeling but still very different. KB (st3 especially) did dial up the energy, whereas AEON st1 made me acknowledge that it is there.
AEON st2 kind of removed the quality of the energy as “arousal/excitement” and made it more universal. When I did just observe, it had no specific quality to it, it just felt like movement in the energetic field of the body. I then tried some microcosmic orbit breathing and it showed, that this energy can easily take any form, so in fact it flew to my testicals, I did feel the usual tingling, I could direct it upwards as hot energy, spiral it and let it flow down in the front of my torso with a cooling and soothing effect.
So if one wants to label it “refinement” I would say AEON removes the narrow quality as sexual energy and gives it a much broader nature. If one wasn’t able to direct and use the energy with KB (I for sure was not always able to do so), AEON I think will enable much more control over the energy.
How does it affect my regular life? Plain and simple: less fatigue, more energy, more control, more distinction what serves me and what does not, my body feels light, less rigid.
In fact, while I was still thinking about the quality of the energy after my last post, I got the impression, that some parts of AEON feel like the old As Above, So Below (which got replaced by Alchemist Singularity). I’m pretty sure, Fire would say “Nah, completely new and unique scripting in AEON, totally different beast.” - but for me, it partly expresses in a similar way, as far as stage 2 goes. But AEON for sure has much much more to offer than this fragment.
I started my AEON st3 + Stabilizer name embed last week and dropped it today because I don’t like the dual core name embed.
Instead I’m going to run AEON st3 with a custom from last year, my EqV which contains A:Singularity and Genesis: Art of Happiness and Joy. I’m curious how this works out. Since I didn’t experience profound recon on AEON so far, I’m hoping for a smooth ride with this custom too. If I like it, I’ll continue with AEON st4 in the same way.
