QUESTION -
Hey there!
I want to start running through Khan for a whole year soon, and am wondering if the best way to go about it is to spend 3 cycles on each stage before moving onto the next one, or spend 1 cycle on each stage and then start again after stage 4.
So in Scenario 1 the schedule would go –
Month 1 to 3 – Stage 1
Month 4 to 6 – Stage 2
Month 7 to 9 – Stage 3
Month 10 to 12 – Stage 4
Whereas Scenario 2 would look like this –
Months 1 – 4 – Stages 1 thru 4
Months 5 – 8 – Stages 1 thru 4
Months 9 – 12 – Stages 1 thru 4
Which method of cycling through the stages of Khan would bring me to the most profound inner transformation at the end of that year?
Thank you!

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Both scenarios have their merits, but the choice depends on your personal preferences and how you respond to each stage.
Scenario 1 allows you to dive deep into each stage, spending more time on specific aspects of transformation. This approach might provide a more thorough exploration of each stage’s effects.
On the other hand, Scenario 2, cycling through all stages within a shorter timeframe, could foster a more integrated and balanced progression. It might lead to a cumulative effect, with each stage building upon the previous one.
Consider your goals and how you respond to the different stages of Khan. If you find a particular stage resonates strongly with you or you’re eager to progress, Scenario 1 might be beneficial. If you’re looking for a more balanced and integrated transformation, Scenario 2 could be a good choice.
Remember, you can always adjust your approach based on your experiences. I hope I was able to provide some helpful insights today. Thanks again for contacting us and please feel free to reach out to us again if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!
Sincerely,
