Felt lot of pressure around my navel infact like a sweet pain , and lot of energy accumulated there and kind of it shot to Heart after 15 mins or so and then again energy accumulation started at navel amd same process .
Well I didn’t have much of bliss feeling , rather I felt very much introvert after that .
Yes my neck was swaying involuntarily while listening , after appx 30 mins of listening .
Listened again in morning and felt warmth around heart area , but against felt off centered and introvert , a bit sad may be , yes I also noticed my breathing improved a lot , I could breath lot more easier and deeply .

@Simon made me ponder on how different the Polish and English notion of friendship/relationship/fellowship/companionship is. It seems to me in English it’s related to “ship” and being a friend/companion/fellow is rather oriented to “ship” (performing certain tasks together to attain a certain goal). On the other hand, in Polish, it’s strictly about connecting with people, feeling them, being like-minded, being in tune with one another. If we are not on the same wavelength, we cannot be friends even though we perform the same tasks on the ship to attain the same goal. I learnt a hard lesson about that when working with British people, who didn’t like me not trying to make friends with them. For me, it wouldn’t be genuine, I would feel false if I tried to make friends with them without being on the same wavelength with them. To them I was a dick who thought highly of himself and who didn’t think them being worthy of “befriending”. Cool stuff.
