Don’t attack, but maybe a little neediness is okay sometimes, it can motivate, and maybe used in the right place can increase attraction. Thoughts?

Controversial thought but I don’t think “alpha” exists. I think “being alpha” really just means “appearing to be the most competent at a thing compared to the people around you at a given moment”. Could be anything from golf, to basketball, to business/finances, perceived social influence in a given situation etc. Appearing to be good at something in front of women builds attraction.
My point it I think being “alpha” is therefore an illusion. Appearing “alpha”, or somehow inducing the feeling in women around you that you’re “alpha”, that maybe something that can be leveraged. To be more precise: produce the same feelings in women you’re attracted to around you that they would get when in the presence of a man who is impressively good at something. Thoughts are welcome.

Also, I think neediness as a concept should be explored. What is neediness? What would it look like to have your neediness “fulfilled”? What would it feel like?

I would agree with most of your statement, where you take someone who is highly competent in a skill and place them in an unfamiliar environment, they will not be perceived as competent.
I do think some skills are more transferable to other area’s however, social skills for example, once learned at a high level will allow you to feel more comfortable, and more confident, even in unfamiliar environments.
I wouldn’t nessicarily define as alpha, but I also have noticed that there are people with a strong enough frame and disposition that others automatically look to them as a leader, more clearly observable in urgent or dangerous situations.

In regards to neediness, I define it through the lens of “frame”.
In any given social interaction, there is always one person that “needs” something from the person, more then the other. This can be a need for approval, value, or a number of other things but it’s almost always detectable.
In a dating context, ultimately I think it boils down to the man either needing attention, sex, validation, approval, from the women, or not needing those things.

I was too frustrated with my stark / wanted custom… I’m sure I made some gains and I will revisit it and upgrade it
But my results with wb & khan were better
So I built another custom with them and the modules I liked

I pray we get a drop on friday.
Checking in after a while. I’ve been on a washout for about 3 weeks so far, where earlier I was running a name-embedded WB + Fat Burn earlier. Was thinking about what my next stack would have, and looks like I’m going to go in with the NEW WANTED
