Yeah most of the romance and sex modules are catered to romance or seduction. We need more sexual performance modules that focus on stamina and longevity.
It’s like Commanding Stature for height. Magic Stick is the equivalent for the D.

It has a mix of physical shifting, posture and is also a sort of reality bending where women “look up - literally and figuratively”.
Emperor Fitness Height Inducer is the purely physical way to change height. Commanding Stature has more. I suspect it has a dash of aura too.
