Luther's SPARTAN ZP Journal

Lol the main reason I don’t want more height is because I feel like there are no advantages for me and it will actually lower my QoL in terms of romance/intimacy with my partner.

My partner is quite shorter than me and if I get more taller then I will probably have to strain my back to kiss her… there may also be changes in sexual positions to accommodate height discrepancy, etc. I feel like things would feel less natural but that’s just me lmao.

Having good social skills is so important.

Meeting new people can be a challenge. One of my goals is to be a master communicator. I love being able to create conversations with people from thin air, where you’re both so into it that you lose track of time. Like, when it’s time go, you don’t really want to go… you just want to keep talking and are almost spaced out from the environment. I fucking love that shit.

Communication is like a very rewarding art, lol. I like picking people’s brains for my own amusement.

My current conversational style is similar to painting a picture and meticulously piecing together a rabbit hole that me and the other person can both dive into. The thing is, the other person provides me the pieces. It’s teamwork, lol. All of this happens subconsciously.

the connection between communication and spirituality, (high level woo-woo warning)

If you want to become a good communicator then it’s important to understand people.

This is general knowledge. Become a top 1% communicator, good on you.

I, however, am only interested in the highest percentiles possible.

I am only interested in max level.

If you want to master communication, you need to master understanding.

The only way to actually do that is by letting go of the ego as much as possible. If you go down spirituality, you naturally become more empathic. That is because the block to high forms of empathy, is your own ego and the illusion of separateness. This is what breeds judgement. Every path of spirituality leads to the same realization or concept that we are all connected. This awareness is the highest form of empathy, in that by understanding others you are merely understanding yourself. Instead of putting yourself in someone else’s shoes to understand them, you gain full understanding by being in your own shoes.

As I got deeper into my development, I encountered a few but extremely powerful realizations. Specifically on the relationship between understanding and judgement.

  1. Understanding is the absence of judgement.

  2. The less you understand someone, the more you compensate with judgement.

  3. The more you judge someone, the less you understand them.

If understanding is the ability to see, then judgement is the blindfold.

99% of people think that their judgement is a form of understanding. They’re asserting that they can see while blindfolded.

An example of this is:

Imagine someone does something immoral. You then judge that person and have a very personal and negative outlook on them.

You don’t actually understand the person as much as you claim to.

It’s easy to judge others rather than understand, because for most people… understanding means challenging the solidity of their limited beliefs, self-concept or fears.

So one cannot just simply choose to understand… it’s developmental, as is the case with all things in this domain. This whole thing is actually an analytical discussion of human experience. Everyone is learning.

Communication and Spirituality.

Summary:

A higher level of understanding for someone, results in a high level of resonance, active listening, empathy and adaptability - all aspects of effective communication.

A master communicator has a masterful level of understanding for people.

When I talk about master communicator, I’m talking about 0.0001%. Percentiles and levels.

And again, the more you go up the percentiles… the more you go into the realm of transcendence.

Extremely fascinating to me, that this even applies to something like communication skills.

The transcendent aspect here, is the higher forms of empathy required for mastery of understanding, that can only be unlocked though spiritual development.

This is my last post about PCC. @JCDenton I’m sure you know most of this, I’m just journaling lol.

I agree. PCC would really shine in a corporate setting full of office politics, power struggles and manipulative behavior. It would help you immensely. A lot of people find themselves in work environments with these type of dynamics, which is probably why PCC is so popular.

I have been through the Robert Greene rabbit hole in its entirety. I’m a fan of his work… he has an interesting perspective and a cool little book. I used to be quite thorough in my knowledge of power dynamics.

My growth never stops. I am after the highest percentiles, highest levels and highest Quality of Life. I will stop at nothing to attain what I desire.

In my growth, I was extremely disappointed, because I discovered that the 48 Laws of “Power”, aren’t based an any real power at all.

In my opinion and experience, PCC is based around maneuvering.

Shitty work environment? Let’s maneuver through it perfectly, in a way that reduces toxicity, protects you against manipulation and helps you cultivate social power.

Shitty friend group? Same thing.

Shitty relationships? Same thing.

See, here’s the thing.

I don’t maneuver through horse shit, I bend reality like a fucking ruler.

Allow me to introduce you to real power.

The power that we all have access to.

The power with which I manifest peaceful, friendly and respectful work environments. The power with which I manifest amazing friends and amazing relationships.

My whole experience reflects my internal congruence. It reflects the wavelength that I’m internally on. It doesn’t have a choice.

They will ask me about the Laws of Power, and in return I will ask them

What are the “Laws of Power” to the Laws Of Reality?

Thank you very much.

I was not aware that you have been continuing posting in this journal. I will start reading at the very top.

high level persuasion tactics and fake optimism

If you really want to help people, you can’t reinforce their fake optimism.

You have to destroy their fake optimism and replace it with real optimism.

Example:

Someone is in a rough situation and asks you for advice.

They go “I’m trying to be optimistic here”.

Boom, right there. There is no such thing as “trying” to be optimistic, it means they’re faking it.

In the back of their mind, they know that the situation is dire and they’re trying to grasp for straws through mental “gaming” because the best thing to do is “just be positive bro”.

It means their optimism has an extremely weak foundation.

Low level persuaders, at this point, would typically just support them with the mental “gaming” and simply give them more reasons to be positive. Linear.

High level persuaders operate on a different level of perception. This is how a high level persuader would approach it. Note that it’s not linear, and is based on a deeper level of understanding when it comes to human psychology.

High level persuasion:

Your job is to get in and replace the foundation.

How do you that?

By destroying it.

I never feed fake optimism, I do everything I can to destroy it.

“What is there to be optimistic about?”

You have to ground them in the brutal situation that they’re in because fake optimism is a coping mechanism.

Highlight all the negatives of their situation. Bring them back from la la land.

Once they’re cleaned up, you give them the real spill on why they should be optimistic.

The reason why it works, is because the bringing them back to reality forces them to associate your line of thinking as being in the same context.

So when you suggest optimism, it’s integrated on that same wavelength of being real and grounded in reality without fluff. In other words, it’s neither forced or faked. They have the optimism but it no longer feels like “mental gaming”, it feels like reality to them. Practical. They’re more reassured and it less feels like they’re grasping for straws. The stronger foundation of the optimism makes it more self-sustaining and solid rather than easily forgotten or distracted from.

All you did was strengthen the foundation of their optimism.

This is the difference between low level persuasion and high level persuasion.

Low level persuasion is based around effects, states and going with the flow.

High level persuasion goes into process, mechanism, triggers, frame, underlying foundations and creating with the flow.

Correct (high level):

Feeling like shit → fake optimism → seeks advice → fake optimism destroyed → feeling like shit → real optimism → feeling good

Incorrect (low level):

Feeling like shit → fake optimism → seeks advice → reinforced fake optimism

Valhalla, I am coming

I don’t know if there is anything as inspiring, vicious, beautiful, terrifying, romantic and brutal as Mother Nature.

She’s quite the work of art.

What is this real power we all have access to?

You allude to what can be done with it, but you don’t say what it is, which I can appreciate is a method of teaching, point to the moon and all that.

But I am dense sometimes and need to ask

The power to create your experience? Is it really that unclear, lol.

I’m basically saying that real power isn’t power dynamics, social power, dominance power, physical power, political power, dictatorial power, influential power or hierarchical power.

Real power is bending reality like a fucking ruler.

I’m talking about a completely different level of scope.

Real power isn’t based on control or fear.

Power concepts rooted in those… are actually compensation for a lack of power.

Imagine someone points a loaded gun at you.

What indicates a higher level power?

How you’re able to maneuver within the context of that situation because you can’t get out of it?

Or being able to change the situation entirely, to whatever you want.

The 48 Laws of Power are based on the former.

Basically, there’s levels and percentiles. As with all things, lol.

Ah ok, I see what you’re saying.

I guess my question then becomes, in your view, how do we awaken/exercise the power of bending reality?

I swear I’ve answered this question like 50 times on here, no cap lol.

You have to upgrade your subconscious framework. What you wrote classifies as a spiritual goal, so you can consciously guide spiritual titles to facilitate your own development

Right, to what end though?

What am I upgrading it to?

Simply to “someone who can bend and create their own reality” ?

You have the power already. You don’t even “have” it, it’s literally what you are.

“Upgrading” is nothing more than becoming more aware of your power, so that you can use it to get what you want.

So all you’re doing is leveling up your awareness on a congruent level.

So the most practical way (I have yet to encounter a better way) to do that, in which 100% of people (yes 100%) can readily apply, is by using spiritual titles with that set as your spiritual goal.

You’re not “chasing” anything.

You’re saying: "I acknowledge where I’m at. I know that I can expand more. I don’t know how to expand or what I have to do to expand, but I’m ready. Show me the way."

This is the key. You don’t even need subliminals, you can just intend this every day when you wake up and the shit will manifest. This is because any type of serious intention that involves self-growth or self-development in this context, automatically taps into a state of high flow factor because it’s aligned with your highest good, as well as your literal purpose for choosing to have the human experience in the first place.

Having such an intention and using it to consciously guide the spiritual titles (Alchemist, Sage Immortal, Revelation of Mind, etc) makes things very easy.

Your subconscious mind helps you in facilitating your own development. You upgrade yourself.

You don’t have to force anything, you just have to act on nudges, pings, intuitions and inclinations. You will be led to the mentors, practices, realizations, information, etc that are best for you, at your own pace based on what you can handle and what you are ready for at the current level of your subconscious framework.

You won’t need to force feed yourself anything or blindly follow shit… you can just follow a smooth path of self-discovery relative to you. That is what Subliminal Club specializes in.

Long gone are the days of wishing, hoping, envying, struggling and gawking at every one and every thing, like an annoying ass monkey. You can now go on your own adventure of self-discovery and expansion, then get whatever the fuck you want.

While on a path of self love healing I am now at a place where I feel I’m perfect the way I am.

I give a shit about looks money and fame. I feel absolutely good being the way I am.

With the above said, how does one now climb to great heights and achieve more? If you feel you perfectly fine with your current circumstances. ?

Mechanism of desire.

There are 2 people.

Person A and Person B.

Their goals are to become famous.

Person A wants the recognition and validation of fame to feel valued and loved. They seek to fill in what’s empty.

Person B loves themselves unconditionally and has no desire for validation.

So why does Person B want fame?

It’s a different experience. Might be interesting. Might be fun.

I can easily amass a huge following on social media but the ROI of fame is low and there are better ways of tapping into experiences.

This is why you see me see everything through a lens of QoL, where I’m constantly weighing pros and cons to give clarity to what I want to experience.

Generally, you want to experience what enriches you the most and fills you with joy.

I’m not after money to get status, validation, or make up for self-love and self-worth. I’m not after it to feel powerful. I merely want it for the experiences that it can aid me in manifesting, whether that’s traveling, lifestyle or food.

When desires are no longer driven by trauma, then everything just becomes experiences.

I myself lost interest in supercars. If I was mechanically inclined and genuinely fascinated by design, performance and technology to the point where it was a genuine passion that fulfilled me (as it is for many people)… then yeah that would fuel the desire for them. Compared to just wanting to drive a supercar to feel valuable and get validation.

Do you see the mechanism of desire? Now that you unconditionally love yourself, you can now go for what you want.

I don’t know if any of this is making sense, lol.
