So, if the goal is to align the subconscious with the conscious mind, then I have to admit that I haven’t been taking as much action as I should be to try and speed up the process. Congruence is this:

You have Person A and Person B.

Person A = typical beta male
Person B = alpha male

Each of these people have an internal framework. They have subconscious belief systems.

Person A = large amounts of emotional trauma, lack of self-love, low self-worth, subconsciously afraid of being masculine, sexual repression/unwellness etc.

Person B = high self-love, high self-worth, unapologetically masculine, healthy expression of sexuality.

Okay now, remember. We’re purely talking about subconscious mind here. Not the conscious mind. We’re talking about deep internal framework and subconscious belief systems. That is what drives everything.

Person A is a mess, so he reads a self-help book on how to be a masculine Alpha Male.

I’ll just make up a couple things of what they’d potentially read, lol.

• Sit up straight and tall, have confident body language.
• Start saying no to people and asserting boundaries.
• Stop chasing women.

Next day, Person A just suddenly changes to do all of those things. Uh… no.

Person A still has [large amounts of emotional trauma, lack of self-love, low self-worth, subconsciously afraid of being masculinity, sexual repression/unwellness etc.] within their deep internal framework and subconscious system.

One cannot just make conscious adjustments and expect changes. The internal framework is still the same. The deep childhood trauma of the parent teaching you to be feel worthless hasn’t suddenly disappeared, has it? No lol.

So when you make conscious adjustments, it’s incongruence.
Basically, you’re consciously trying to be a certain way and 99% of your internal subconscious is going the opposite way. You’re not congruent. Your entire being is not aligned and harmonized in the same thing.

In fact, here is a redpill. Most of the Alpha Male behavior/characteristics you read about in those books or listen to in youtube videos… are natural expression of the internal framework and subconscious belief systems. The internal framework and subconscious belief systems have a default expression. So the Alpha Male is not even consciously aware of their behavior, it’s all Automatic and Natural.

All of these “How to be Alpha books” are essentially the result of Beta Males, putting Alpha Males under a microscope and extracting their EXTERNAL behaviors and expressions. Not taking into account the DEEP internal framework and SUBCONSCIOUS belief systems that are the main driving factor BEHIND all of those external behaviors and expressions.

So when people with messed up internal frameworks integrate this knowledge and try to consciously adjust to it… they are incongruent. They’re not the real thing.

There is absolutely no way you can just learn it like that, lol. It’s unnatural.

A person who has a childhood trauma to hate themselves, it doesn’t matter what they consciously do. The subconscious default of their expression for body language will always reflect that. They will always be in a state of consciously correcting it, until they address the subconscious default - healing their trauma.

They can habitualize the outer body language through repetition but it won’t be naturally derived from their internal framework in an organic way.

Incongruence is the overly conscious mimicing of EXTERNAL expression. It’s cheating, unnatural and doesn’t work, lol. It’s disconnected from the deep internal framework and subconscious belief systems - which is where the real change is.

This is prevalent everywhere… the entire realm of PUA for example, is based around incongruence. Instead of doing the subconscious work and doing the real thing, it’s much easier to just shortcut to the external behaviors. One can do that, but they’ll always lose out to the congruent man lol.

Incongruent man is the false prophet that has binoculars on the congruent man in order to copy and be like him. Different parts of him are conflicted and opposing, his internal + external doesn’t add up.

Congruent man is the man, the myth, the legend… the real deal. Inwards, outwards, top to bottom. Fibonacci sequence, lol.

Your point on manageable discomfort makes a lot of sense and as always, you’ve given me many things to think about.

Yeah you don’t have to do anything crazy, just start very small.

For example: If people listen to Spartan and they aren’t motivated enough to go to the gym, that’s fine, I totally get it. If one is new to working out, things can be scary.

When I first started lifting weights, (I was like 16 years old) I was intimidated by bigger guys than me and all the heavy clanking weights. I’ve been through all of the stuff, it’s all okay.

There is action one can do though. Are the trauma and limiting beliefs preventing someone from doing 1 push-up in their bedroom? I doubt it lol.

Is there really something stopping someone from making a regimen, like 10 pushups a day? Is that extremely uncomfortable and liable to induce panic attacks? It might be a little uncomfortable but it’s still manageable, right.

For any subliminal really, whether that’s Daredevil, Mogul or WANTED or whatever. There is always an action there that is a little uncomfortable but still manageable. When you start doing those while doing the subconscious work, then growth happens fast. It’s like a form of commitment.

Since the subconscious mind is stirring and you’re taking action aligned with it… then it’s like a powerful synchronization happening which creates momentum.

Another important thing, is separating your journey from other people. It helps to think of it like you’re in your own video game.

People ask me why I’m against video games.

I go “what are you talking about?.. I’m playing the best video game ever made, it’s called real life.”

I’m getting powerups daily and leveling up like crazy while getting profound dopamine. The same way game developers set up their video games to hijack your dopamine… the game developer of life and this universe has done the same. I have different quests (goals), that I’m taking enjoyment in completing. I become more powerful, stronger and better as I keep leveling up. I’m exploring and unlocking new avenues of life and self, in the same way they unlock new areas in the games and discover new abilities. I unlock achievements when I complete my goals. So on… and so on…

Stuff like motivation shouldn’t really be lacking. I mean, you have Excalibur in the back pocket. Excalibur is no joke, lol… only Person X can wield such a weapon.

We have all of the tools to get to where we want (our desired reality). I have confidence in myself to get to where I want by using them and I have confidence in you as well as others to get to where you want by using them.

Yeah, the monogamous society structure is based around insecurity and they see polygamy as some extension of FWB culture. I’ve had guys in my circle tell me that I’m afraid of commitment, lol. Whatever you can think of that monogamous type of men come up with, I’ve had hurled at me.

The trick to dating multiple high quality women, is being emotionally, mentally and even spiritually invested in them. Most men are under the impression that you just have sex and that it’s purely physical - like FWB.

It’s not like that at all, at least not for me. I go to birthday parties and meet families… all of that stuff. It’s like having a bunch of really close friends, while also being a very busy person.

As long as you keep everything on a high vibe, keep it respectful, authentic, classy and etc, then everyone wins. Me and my partner have been in an open relationship since day 1, and despite being open it’s probably stronger, more romantic and more in tact than 99% of people’s relationships in today’s society. She also hasn’t slept with or met with another guy, despite having the option to and being very easily capable of doing so. There’s no point for her to, lol.

There’s also the thing of her being insecure when I go on dates with other women and sleep with them. She doesn’t actually care, as long as she gets a piece of me. The piece she gets from me is 1000x more powerful of a physical, emotional, spiritual and mental investment than she would get out of 99% of other men. Also, when it comes to hot and cold seduction as a coquette… Most coquettes “hot”, is my “cold” LOL. If you use WANTED and go deeper, you will move the goal post like that, as you start exploring and opening up more to energies, passions and romance.
