Lowering the volume of the mask track

Hello,

I’ve come across some advices on the forum to lower the volume to barely hearing the mask track.
I don’t get it. What is the benefit in doing this?

I find Masked better using it high volume

Volume can affect results. Some people – like myself – can’t listen to a subliminal at a high volume. Results in anger reconciliation.

For me, I know that if I can hear the water, I’m also getting the script. For myself, no need to play it loud so it sounds like I’m near a waterfall… or a very large leaky sink :grin:

I got that today. Listened at high volume just for 30 seconds and I’m full of anger.

But to be honest, I think I was needing that anger. I’m not calling it anger, but RAGE!!

Today I had lots of energy to fight and do things I wanted to do, but never had the energy to do.
