Day 5 Sub Day
She got very vivid dreams, especially having another child & various trauma-releasing dreams like some family member getting kidnaped, etc
today she is feeling a little lethargic unlike yesterday

She will gonna tell me, what she will feel every day & I will also observe her behavior too
Day 6 Rest Day
Yesterday after subs I noticed especially at night, she was singing & being most happy. She even told me she loves signing like she was doing when she was young but stopped for unknown reasons. She seems very happy.
She is also being very helpful & journaling my activities & helping me getting out of procanistation
Day 7 Sub Day
It’s been evening still she doesn’t listen to the sub yet, she is ill too with a cold & fever, probably recon
Yesterday she beat the hell out of my daughter in my absence due to a little mistake but regret in front of me
I have given her one book to listen, its about healing trauma, I hope she will listen to it fully
She beat the hell out of your daughter? For a little mistake?
I don’t know your situation but if I’m reading this correctly you might want to take something like that seriously. Children shouldn’t suffer for their parent’s trauma. Again, not trying to judge but I legit felt disturbed when reading that.
Yep, it’s very strange of her doing that. She herself told me this and felt regret. My daughter who is just 4 years old didn’t mention anything to me & quite happy whole day playing.
Happy to hear your daughter was happy. She’s lucky to have parents who are self aware and on a path of becoming the best parents they can be.

Day 8 Rest Day
She woke up with horror dream “me beating her & creating scene”
the dream was so intense she was angry with me for half day thinking it was real 
We had slight argument which started in fun way but ended with something not good but all is well now
Day 9 Sub Day
She hasn’t listened to the sub yet.
Yesterday she had a mental breakdown, she was having palpitations, anxiety & whatnot. All family members gathered & she started crying. We went to the hospital & doctor prescribed sleeping pills but since the baby is very young, he didn’t make her sleep till 2 AM.
She didn’t have any dreams but I am seeing her being ruder than ever today. She kept raising her voice. Is that a recon?
I want to assure you that this question comes from a genuine desire to understand you and your situation…
Do you love her? I mean REALLY love her as in this is the woman I want to share the rest of my life with.
Depending on the answer of that question there are two completely different roads of action… Reading your last 3 or 4 posts its seems to me that she is very damaged emotionally and might require therapeutic help, not only subs. The kind of therapy that can help her resolve trauma.
Yeah i really love her and doctor prescribed her few sessions from next week
I am using sub on her as a supplement only

Day 10 Rest Day
Today she got some sleep due to medicine but the children were ill.
She was snapping me back & forth & again very angry.
She was crying a lot during prayer, in the bathroom, bedroom everywhere.
Finally when she was out of control due to anger & little snap on my 4th-month baby.
I consoled her & try to make her understand what is happening to her. She also understood the situation & understanding all her trauma.
I told her I am also doing DR & she is on regeneration. I don’t want to make a fight between us ugly.
Last time on DR I broke my smartphone in anger. Now this time I don’t want anything like this to ever happen. Because both of us are using healing titles.
