Everyone processes the scripts in their own way. Because of the way Zero Point is put together, and the questions it will make you ask yourself, some people will feel really aligned with a particular sub, while others will get massive recon.
I think it’s pretty clear from the second major post you made on the thread about your situation that you experienced something with your prior sub use that gave you recon. This is evidenced by your emphasis on the idea of being “super focused”, but “need vacations ASAP”, as well as the emotional tone of the message. Your conscious mind was telling a story of focus while the adjectives were things like “intense”, “risky”, wtf, “worst ever” and so on.
The easy way to identify recon is to look at the surface actions and narratives, and then observe the things you are feeling that you’re not giving voice to. That could be a sense of anxiety, or feeling scattered/rudderless, or any number of voiceless ideas combined. Since the ZP journey has a sense of a journey to wholeness or to your center, those peripheral unacknowledged aspects are like clues to the journey.
You’re not likely to create any permanent change in a week; so my advice would be to put off making a decision on flipping your stack to heavily until you’ve identified the source of the recon. That might give you a better idea on whether LB is an ideal sub for you or not.
