Love Bomb for people already authentic

I have always been a very authentic person. Will Love Bomb add anything to my authenticity?

Does authenticity equate to self-love? What does “authentic” means to you?

I think it would. It’s hard for me to imagine it making you “less authentic”, but I think it helps you behave in a way that makes you love yourself more, and if being “more authentic” (whatever that means to you) would make you love yourself more, then that’s what it’ll do. That’s how it seems to work for me anyway, can’t speak for others.

I had one girlfriend, but I don’t understand anything about the complexity of love (and I would like to learn).

According to the Love Bomb description authenticity equates to self-love. For me authenticity equates in people feeling I’m trustworthy. They know what to expect from me.

Edit: They also know I am who I claim to be.

Google’s definition:

Authenticity invites us to live and express ourselves in ways that align with our values, beliefs, and desires. It’s the ultimate act of self-love and the core essence of what it means to “Be You.” Authenticity and confidence go hand in hand.

According to this definition I’m also authentic.

Edit:
I like these definitions:
Authenticity is the quality of being genuine or real.
Authentic, genuine, bona fide mean being actually and exactly what is claimed.
