Listened to both, back to back, ultrasonic while catching up on some tv shows I was behind on.
I’ve noticed ultrasonic tends to trigger my tinnitus a bit but not to an extreme and I don’t notice it after a few hours and then it goes away.
Starting weight 290lbs (yikes)
Observations:
I didn’t notice anything I would attribute to simply being more aware. Did 40 push ups and some other misc exercises and went for a walk.
April 1st 2023
Listened to both in masked, while relaxing eyes closed.
Observations:
Took a long walk to the groccery store instead of ubering, felt like I was floating rather then speed walking. Winter jacket was soaked in sweat when I got back. G/F came to visit and we had sex multiple times for about 5 hours as she left she thanked me for @#$%ing her so good (which was a first heh)
Yesterday I went to Tim Hortons and ordered my usual XL coffee + 2 donuts, but became annoyed at myself for ordering donuts and cancelled them.
Overall as of April 2nd I’ve noticed in general less of a pull from my various vices and more of a pull to be physically active. It’s not extreme, just making better choices so we’ll see how that goes moving forward.
My biggest challenge with doing subs has always been consistency, I hate just sitting around listening to masked audios, so this time around I’m aiming to listen to ultrasonics almost exclusively while watching something entertaining/educational so it’s something that happens in the background rather then needing time taken specifically for it.
