Long term programming on ZP subs?

After you’ve ran a sub or a stack for a long time, at what point do you feel like you can stop running it because you reached long time programming or that the effects so deep that they won’t fade away quickly?

Edit : How would a ZP sub affect long term programming or permanence of results?

Saint i believe answered this question sometime back. His analogy is if you stop working out at the gym. Then you will loose strenght and muscle gains.

Likewise its better to keep using the sub as a refresher. Now having said that things may have evolved since the advent of the new zp technology.

I’m going to reformulate the question from a ZP perspective.
