From my experience yes.
It raises your deserve level.
I went from jobless, to minijob, to wanting a job in sales, to getting a job offer in production.
I still want the job in sales, because I deserve it.

Higher standards in life…
Yeah. I had a clear example today James. It was a mix of Emperor and LB, but I definitely saw it while it happened.
I’ve been working with one driver on my job, and 12 hour days have been normal. And normally, I’m ok with those kinds of days.
But even yesterday, I knew I did NOT want another 12 hour day. Why? Because 4 of 5 others could do it easily in 10. I did not want to come back close to 630. I don’t like living at work.
I shared early this morning that I know our route’s not that busy…plus he’s on his phone, dragging us out (I didn’t mention that).
But I was not ok with milking a route today. We finished with just over 10 hours today. To me, that’s a big WIN. I spoke up, didn’t nag, didn’t throw immature manipulations. No, none of that. I only kept my pace up, encouraging him throughout the day.
I felt and feel good about myself. I shared something I wanted, did my part, and it went very smoothly. A win
