No recon so far, but a bit of readjustment.

Powernap after A. Cherry on Top v2 was nice.

A couple of observations:

MDFY: One Goal is a powerful, focussing module. I was testing Limitless: Mindā€™s Eye (same custom) with a visualisation meditation, but something felt wrong/off. Put simply: The meditationā€™s subject wasnā€™t aligned with the One Goal. So, modules within a MDFY: One Goal custom feel kinda blocked for any other purpose. Good to keep in mind, when using it.

Limitless: Mindā€™s Eye works fantastic in finding creative solutions! See whatā€™s possible. Excellent for the business stuff.

A:S definitely brings relaxation and self-acceptance without losing the edge. Still at the very early stages of understanding what it brings to the table. Possibilities are vast. I will work on expanding the tension and polarity for storytelling and writing. The further your starting points are apart, the more you have to tell.

Was thinking about it, but it was after the very first listen of just 3 minutes of The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro v3 in one of the heaviest stacks Iā€™ve ever listened to. (Even though it doesnā€™t feel heavy.)

As ME in regards to visualisation was difficult for me in its last iteration, it might be good to give it a bit more time. I will definitely reflect on it after this cycle.

An experiment would be good: Using Mindā€™s Eye, not for classic visualisation, but outside the One Goal to see if the block is still there.

@Parsifal I have to revise the initial observation. I tried a ā€œvisualisationā€ exercise for other senses (tactile and sound) unrelated to the One Goal and ME definitely works quite well. Much stronger impressions then before. But I was constantly thinking about, how I could link this exercise to the One Goal. So there is gentle guidance towards it, but no block.

At least for me One Goal seems to influence my whole stack. It helps rearranging my life, clear focus on the business, keeping course but I am better at keeping e. g. rest times, rowing, lifting and see them as integral part of the business. Significant perspective shift. Very, very powerful.

Building order and habits was always my biggest obstacle.

I love A:S, so there will be a variation of A. Cherry on Top. This cycle with A:S, next probably with AHJoy!

Not sure how they will alternate.

I am tempted by the teasers for EoG and Beyond Limitless: Into the Wonder, but at least the latter is probably still a bit off and I am not clear in which custom it would work best. BL would be great with NRICH & UWX, but ME will stay in the the stack somehow. Maybe swap it for A:S. Mh. Difficult.

It took a while, but slowly all modules snap into place. Only the big three (NRICH, PR & UWX) have still some snapping in all kinds of places to do. They need more opportunity to shine.

Undisputed favorite is MDFY: One Goal, which weaves everything together. (Klicks exceptionally well with AoH).

Contemplating a custom for my wife with MDFY: Together for the whole bookstore/publishing house cooperation.

A couple of thoughts on subliminal workload.

Microloops are an excellent way to get into a new sub and something you can slowly build up from.

A second important element is IMO often missed: The SC listening time overall. Youā€™ve got (thatā€™s my guess at least) a lot of recurring scripting: NSE, ZP, basic supporting, free will scripting etc. Thatā€™s stuff you get with pretty much every listen. One will get used to it and integrate it like any other scripting, just on a much higher frequency, until there is a point that it is fully integrated and the additional listens just work more as a reminder than an actual task/point of inner discussion/subliminal workload. Thatā€™s the point one should aim to reach first. Once the whole set of basic scripting is fully integrated, one can handle way more subliminal input (as only the new part is actually in the queue and being processed) and get good results.

So, when planning the stack (at least til the basic scripting is fully integrated), one should aim to build up to two full loops per listening day, doesnā€™t really matter which ones, subs like AoH are absolutely perfect, because they are so light. (It would make perfect sense to run a pure ZPU sub with no extra scripting to fill every open slot til the point of basic integration is reached. AoH might be pretty close to it.)

Itā€™s a pretty elegant move by @Fire and @SaintSovereign to build more and more universal formulas (ZP, ZPU, NSE) guided by the user for all subs, reinterpreting a lot of aspects as learnable skill, so even with sub hopping you can carry a good portion of your integrated subliminal input to the next.

Disclaimer: This is, of course, all just my perspective and experience based on current impressions.

PR is clicking gently into place.

We had the most romantic, sensual and relaxed New Year in a long time which was unexpected, as most of the day was reserved for the grind. Just as if someone poured a bit too much colour in. Pretty good start of the year.

One Goal is still microtransforming habits. Whenever there are a couple of minutes open, there is also a small task for the bookstore to quickly finish. Very helpful and in sum truly transformative.

After a bit reflecting: Iā€™ll wait for EoG to update the customs. AoH has become such an integral part of my stack, I would love to implement it via EoG directly into the customs.

Started to build playlists/starter songs for certain task to better help me switch.

It works pretty well: 2-3 times the main theme song to start with.

Interesting results of Limitless, Mindā€™s Eye and maybe A:S or RM:UWX: Something like a deconstruction of intuition has started.

In the past I often ā€œjust knewā€ (but couldnā€™t explain) that something was right/wrong or someone was toxic. More and more I can isolate the subtle subconscious cues why that is.

Fascinating.

Very curious if Deep Listening in A. Cherry on Top v3 will boost it further.

Cycle II is done.

A couple of reflections.

Cycle III will be last before the stack update. I was contemplating an extended washout and rebuilding all customs straight away, but I am pretty sure with the arrival of EoG SC will be swamped with orders for a while. And there are still little details to figure out.

Shapes is pretty much perfect. Will swap the Beast for a different sexy core (SMX?) as I donā€™t have problems to get into the zone anymore. Once KB & SMX are updated, maybe Iā€™ll try Shapes QTKS.

Alchemist: Singularity first and foremost brings self-acceptance. Dualisms have been part of understanding myself for a very long time. (We overdid the whole astrology Gemini thing as teens a bit.) They feel even more natural than before, but I guess, with DD, UWX and Dragon Tongue there are enough modules/cores to work them into the storytelling. A:S wonā€™t be in the updated stack for Cycle IV. I will revisit it later for a more spiritual journey, after the business is seriously up and running. But business comes first.

The Art of Happiness and Joy seems to work pretty well with falling into trance. Letting Go thoughts is getting easier, the trance quickly way deeper. This might also be informed by A:S - a couple of times I had the consciousness running around with thoughts and the subconscious listening to the track, alone, highly concentrated - and it was okay.

Primal Romance slowly unfolds in the most beautiful way. After a short adventure, very reminiscent of our early dating phase, things are more harmonious, more interesting and colourful. The decision to structure and build the business together falls in the last cycle. This is the reason why I am so eager for the Ecstasy of Gold: We tried one time in the past to build up a side hustle together, but it fizzled out. It felt very much like work, not like an exciting project we create together. (Really hope that Letting Go is part of AoH in EoG. Curious if it is part of all 4 stages.)
