Listening while sleeping with speakers

Stupid question but I have this big doubt. Can I listen to masked tracks with speakers next to my bed while I sleep. Do I get results right? I used to do this when the water sound was different but now the sound is milder. I don’t really like the ultrasound tracks so hope that I’m doing the right thing ahahahah

Yes you can. High quality, wired headphones will give better results as there is less audio loss and distortion.

Given that tracks are 15 min and you can only listen to 30 min a day max, I don’t see why you would or how you would even set it up.

Yes I know I could listen to them during the day but I like to listen while I sleep cause I like the water sounds and I think subs while I sleep work better.

It seems you have your own answer so I’m not sure what you are asking.

If you’re sleeping you can’t be hearing sounds so this makes no sense.

Do you mean you want to listen just before sleep?

If so that’s ok many people do that but some report lower sleep quality.

I personally think evening is the worst time because the mind is full and already has a lot to process from the day.

I listen as soon as I wake up, it makes more sense for me to receive positive new intentions on a freshly rested mind, blank slate ready to be set for the day.

It’s fine to listen while you sleep but the possibiliy cf ending up waking to the track still playing is also there.

When asleep, you can’t make sure if the audio is stopped after one listen or if you end up pressing some button accidetally that makes the track go on a continuous loop.

Don’t risk it. The chance for overload is there.

Just make sure the track doesn’t repeat itself and it’s fine:

I also put them on as I’m falling asleep - but it takes me longer than 15 mins to sleep.

I think any extra effort to figure out a “set up” to make the subs play in the middle of a sleep cycle is arbitrary and won’t improve results… but to each their own

Your subconscious doesn’t sleep. That’s why people dream of being Jedi when they fall asleep watching Star Wars.

However, there is unlikely to be a big practical advantage. Because subliminals already bypass the conscious mind. Making being asleep not needed.

Context brother, he was answering your question as to why he wants to listen while sleeping, one of his reasons is that he likes the water sound, which again doesn’t make sense because he can’t hear sounds if he’s asleep.

If you decide to do this, take extreme care to check the loop settings on your audio player of choice. Don’t want your next question on the forum to be like, “I listened to my playlist on continuous loop overnight by mistake!!! What should I do??? I feel (put extreme extreme symptom here)”.

Proceed with extreme caution.

Mi question is about listening to it without headphones, with speakers.

Yes I meant that ahahaha I play it while I’m in the bed and starting to fall asleep.

I sleep well but I noticed I’m dreaming more. Well maybe I don’t always remember the dream but the sensation is that I’m dreaming more

That’s why I always check. It’s an habit like washing teeth, so I’m not worried about it.

Yeah sorry I meant while I’m falling asleep. It helps me to relax.
