Listening to the ZP files

Hi Guys

When listening to ZP files does it matter if TV is playing in the background or I can hear people talking in the next room?

I will be listening to the following ZP Titles

  1. R.I.C.H
  2. Wanted: Black
  3. BDLM
  4. Acension Chamber on rest day once a week.

no, but make sure you aren’t exposing anyone else

What @WorldOvertaker said is correct.

The only times when you should not listen to subliminals is when you are driving or operating machinery.

and i should stop listening to any other subliminals from other companies right?

Correct.

To add to the point, it’s fine to listen to tv. I sometimes put subliminals on while watching a movie, or a comedy show, or while driving, or while on a walk, or while meditating.

It doesn’t matter much, but maybe heightened emotions increase receptivity to subs, and you can get heightened emotions either meditatively or through stimulus like tv.

One other note, if you’re open to it, I would highly recommend you trade out RICH for Nouveau RICH, or New Mogul, as they’re updated subs and more powerful than RICH.

RICH will get a tech upgrade soon.

so what your saying is i shouldnt listen to any other subliminal files from other companies, but its ok to listen to the ZP files while watching tv, walking or meditating?

i read that listening to the ZP files with earbuds can cause tinnitus or worse, so i need to make sure the volume is at an acceptable low level.

Im assuming i adjust the volume to how my ears feel?

Listening to the ULTRASONIC files with headphones can be problematic.

Just listen to the MASKED tracks at a volume low enough to be heard but not loud enough to seem loud.

You can listen to the masked track with headphones or just off your phone speakers.

Headphones are the official recommendation but I’ve only ever used phone speakers and always got good results
