Just wondering if i listen to masked through a phone speaker and i have a loud fan next to me will that affect the results?
What if the loud fan drowns out the noise of the subliminal?

Saint has said that as long as you can clearly hear the bird noises in the Solace mask, you should be fine
That’s my benchmark for volume now, whether there is background noise or not

You’ll be fine.
I’ve listened without being able to hear the sub whilst I’ve got thunder / white noise / pink noise on whilst I sleep and had great results previously.
This is based on my own experience and not what is suggested.
