Listening to SC while watching TV?

Hope you’re doing well.

I’m very new here and haven’t bought any program yet.

As the title says, can I have the program running while i’m watching TV and doing other activities during the day? Would there be a lessening of effects?

Since it’s recommended to listen to the programs for many hours a day, it would be convenient.

Yes. I do so and feel the effects.

I even listen to music and watch movies and read books with the subs running. It works well for me.
