Listening to audios 30 min to 1 hr before sleeping

If I was to listen to subliminal audios atleast 30 min to 1 hour before sleeping is there any negative effects? This support article from subliminal club says that listening to audios “while sleeping” can be detrimental to health, but it doesn’t say anything about listening to it before sleep. Also for those of you who do listen to it before sleep do you find your sleeping to be choppy or do you have a full nights rest?

This is totally individual.
It differs from person to person and from sub to sub. And it’s also depending on the individual preferences.
Some subs are energizing, some calming, some lead to heavy emotions. And this might differ for each person individually.
Some users prefer to have suboptimal sleep instead of being irritated at their job.

I listen often at night before sleep and don’t feel it any different compared to listening earlier.

The article says it CAN be detrimental to health because you’re technically listening to water sounds while trying to get restful sleep.

Before sleep is fine, ultrasonic during sleep is fine, and even during sleep is fine if you’re not doing it every single time

That’s my absolute favorite time to listen. I attribute most of my “high flow factor” to my commitment to only listen to subs right before bed.

Process them in ur dreams, wake up and take action.

That makes sense. Yea I only want to do it before sleep moving forward. What is your routine for listening to subs?

How is your sleep? Do you find yourself sleeping thoroughly through the night or do you wake up?

Sleep is unaffected for me.

Some people get affected.

If your sleep gets affected, run subs in AM

I’ve noticed more recently I have better sleep if I listen in the morning. If I listen before sleep, my quality of sleep tends to be poor.
