Listening technique

Dear all,

Is it okay to listen to the audio while studying or sleeping? Or we must listen like we are meditating?

Listening while sleeping is easy for me but I don’t know if it is appropriate.

Thanks

Just don’t listen to the tracks while driving or operating heavy/dangerous machinery. That being said, just put your headphones on and enjoy the track. You’re not going to listen more than 30 minutes every couple of days anyway. Personally, I listen to my subs as soon as a wake up in the morning. The headphones are right next o my bed. I wake up, I listen to the subs then I get out of bed and go about my day. That’ s it. Sometimes I do listen to them while working at the computer.

EDIT : Yes you can listen while sleeping but with tracks this short, you will most likely still be awake when the track ends.

You can listen when sleeping. Just make sure they don’t loop all night. Also if you are using ultrasonics, make sure the volume is below the recommended sound level.

To avoid this, the first track in my playlist is 2 hours of silence. That way I know that I’ll be asleep when the next 2 sub tracks play. I figured this would be the best way for the sub to reach my subconscious, but whether that is in fact the case I’m not sure.

It isn’t necessary to do this. But if you want to do so, it’s fine.

Can I listen to it when there is a lot of noise like cars and people talking?

Thanks

Yes. As long as you aren’t operating machinery or driving, you can listen to it.

You can also listen to it while watching videos or listening to music too. Reading, meditating, writing, etc are also other options.

ahahaha one of the dumbest things I’ve done a while back… required a nice long washout…

my only concern has been the volume with ultrasonic, I’ve always left my PC/phone at 100% volume which I know isn’t recommended. (I’ve not felt anything wrong towards my hearing as of yet tho)

I’ve recently taken it down to roughly 60 to 65% however it feels like other noises overtake it which I’m sure isn’t the issue but that feeling is there like I might miss something.
