Listening Schedule, Interrupting the processing

So I have been going deeper into therapy, Breakthroughs and doing therapy.

And doing this and seeing how long it take for people to process made me realize I’m probably going to turn down my listening, Cause If I’m processing and then add more information it’s going to interrupt the processing.

So I was thinking of just doing all my 3 subs in a day and take a pause for atleast 1 week potentially 2.

And this is coming from me who back in the days listened to stark terminus squared for 12 hours in a day :D.

What listening schedule do you use that works best for you?

Listening days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
I listen to one title only. But will try to stack on Friday Eventually.
I listen to a Physical Shifting title on Fridays because i could rest more on the weekend. This listening pattern allows me to do it on Friday each week.

Conscious mind processing and Subconscious mind processing doesn’t necessarily take same amount of time.

Apart from that more resting, hydrating, grounding, getting proper nutrition, moving your body is always nice.

I’m washing out right now still. But my most successful pattern so far is all my titles together like this:
7 mins
5 mins
3 mins

And I rotate each sub day as to which one gets each length so that by the time the cycle is complete, the titles all equal representation.

Yea the therapy I use, use more the subconcious mind,

One title only is interesting though, I was thinking of doing that as well but want to go through all stages of Quantum Limitless first,

Or maybe I just run both my customs, It’s so easy to get addicted to the high, And some times I think it can even be a part of my avoidance cycle to overdose on subs. ^

As I been going into avoidance cycles a bit.

That’s a interesting listenining schedule

I think the mood comes first then the schedule next.

If I’m not feeling good and I listen to the title/s, right away I will get a recon.

If I 'm good and give the title/s my full attention then I can expect the results right away.

The relax state is very important, and whenever I’m done listening I make sure I get some sun exposure, and gulp the air. The oxygen helps execute the script. When you’re in idle state it freezes everything.

I stick to the guidelines. But I use variable exposure. I’m in therapy too. I’ve found some sessions can be more heavy than others. Overall I’ve found consistency is better for me than lots of exposure and rest. If I have a therapy session on the same day of listening I’ll usually gauge what type of title it is. If it’s an emotional healing based one I’ll wait till after the session to determine if I should run it or not. I really like microloops. They give me flexibility, so even though I can’t commit to 1 min I can go down to 30s and still sort of maintain and support my growth without falling off completely.
