Good morning, I am sorry if this question has been answered previously, I looked through the forum but I seem to be confusing myself even more.
I am listening to Ascension for Woman and Seductress. I am listening overnight as I find subs work better for me that way.
Do I need break days with the subs I am listening to ?

For first week keep it light. Like 2 loops per subliminal.
You could also take a break in the middle of the week off so MT (break) ThFS (break) which works for me when I’ve attempted to cram too much in on the first two days. I take one day off a week (sometimes two, but never back to back).
