Listening Qv2 and Ultima through mobile phone, mp3 player, or...?

I’ve just ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD280 pro.
Now, what about the playing source? I’ve used to play Qv2 and Ultima through my mobile phone which is Sony Xperia 10.
Which device are you using? Do you think an mp3 player could be better than phone?

I’m currently using Powerbeats pro earphones with my phone (Iphone 11).
Honestly, I feel like it depends on the person! I use the phone because it has everything I could need to use it for. Plus, using an MP3 player would be one more thing to carry!

I’m using an original iPhone SE to listen. I don’t know if a dedicated mp3 player would be better, but I find using the phone is more convenient.
