Hope you are all having a good weekend. I’m on my rest day and have been putting playlists together for specific days of the week. In the instruction booklet, it says to listen to your stack and add on an optional Ultima if you want. I have Beyond Limitless and Love Bomb. I was planning on listening to them first thing in the morning, switching between BL and LB each day. Does it matter the time in which I listen to the track matter?
It doesn’t matter what time you listen to the track.
Just remember that rest days are just that. No subliminals. No Ultimas.
I understand that now. I’ve been pretty inconsistent over the last three weeks with it. Last Wednesday when I overexposed myself and crashed, taught me a valuable lesson. Now, I have my set playlists and my two rest days will be Sunday and Monday because that works best with my work schedule.
Remember if you need more rest days, you can take them. Also decreasing the number of loops is another option. People are getting results at 1 loop per day of a program.
