Is it okay to switch the listening order of our subs? Today I ran LB but I also want to run my custom. Can we do that or should we stick to the original order we used when we first started listening?
You can listen to up two subs during one day.

Started earlier this month. The stack is my custom + glm and I just added LB to it recently. Just wanted to know if I listen to my custom +LB, will it disrupt the sub in any way
Not sure if it disrupts, but changing the stack, not just the order mid-cycle often brings bad recon. It is not advised, IIRC.
So you’re running the same stack, just switch what you combine on the two sub day?
That should be ok. If you want to be extra cautious, you could use the following
Right now
Day 1: Sub 1 & Sub 2
Day 3: Sub 3
Later on
Day x: Sub 1 (or 2)
Day x+2: Sub 2 and Sub 3 (or 1&3)
