Are the listening guidelines based of time listening to subs or the variety of subliminal input?
For example:
2 ZPs can be listened on the same day, running both no more 15 mins equaling to 30mins total listening time. However what if I listened to 3 ZPS for 10 minutes equaling to the same amount of listening time? Would that be experimental or technically within guidelines?
The guidelines are based on number of loops rather than total time.
So whether it’s a microloop or full 15 minutes, that’s one of the recommended loops or “slots” for the day.
