Listening frequency

Hey everyone,

I had a question about listening frequency for the subliminals. I know there are documented guidelines, and it seems that most people tend to follow this (as do I). But I have been reviewing some of the posts in here from 3-5 years ago, and it seems like there was a time when listening more/longer was the thing to do.

I’m just wondering what changed? On a lot of the older posts, people talk about listening 4-8 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. That’s a big change to what is suggested now, which is typically 1-2 loops per day, with a day of rest in between.

I’m not disputing the recommendations, just curious as to what caused the shift. Did the technology improve to the point where listing longer was no longer necessary? Or was there some type of paradigm shift that indicated that listening longer did not improve results?

I’ve been listening to subs on/off for almost a decade, but I’m relatively new to Subliminal Club. These subs are 1st class in my opinion. But they do require an investment in both time and money. So like any investment, I try to understand what I’m investing in as much as possible.

Appreciate anyone’s comments.

Thanks!

Mello

I am going off memory here.

In the past, one full loop was one hour. This was for the Q version of the subliminals before Zero Point (ZP) tech. There were not many listening guidelines back then. You would see old reports and posts where people were running subs for many hours.

Listening guidelines started around Qv2 tech and got more refined when ZP tech came out. The guidelines help with getting results while not overextending into major recon territory. (Edit: Overextending as in doing too much to handle as one form of recon)

Subliminals with the Zero Point tech are more potent and stronger. One loop of a ZP title is 15 minutes instead of 1 hour.

That makes sense. Thank you.
