Bro… how are you measuring results form the exercises?
Some level of results are immediate. A slight increase in clarity and range of vision.
But mainly am doing this as part of taking action rather than focusing on the results. I leave that for the subliminals to end up helping with no matter how long it takes. Am currently doing action for action’s sake in order for me to be self-disciplined.
I was too obsessed with the destination before which always led to frustration for not reaching there quickly. Now am focused on the journey and finding happiness and satisfaction in what I do. The destination I leave to destiny.

Day 20
Rest Day
-
My routine is going good. But today I was moved to start some form of physical exercise. Was planning to do so after I lost some more weight through one meal a day but I thought what the heck. Might as well start with something light.
-
So I did some push-ups today. Got to 12 until I needed to rest. That’s good enough for a start.
-
The good thing about small improvements every day is that they are easy to do and also it doesn’t seem difficult to continue it the next day. That way, we continue making small improvements everyday and the results eventually compounds.
-
So if something is difficult to change, start with small changes. For example, I started with 12 push-ups today. And that will be easy to do tomorrow. Even if I do 13 push-ups tomorrow, it is still an improvement. And so on and so forth.
-
But if the change is easier to do, go big. For example, I have previous experience with doing one meal a day and so I just did it one day when I felt myself being over-weight. I took on the discomfort of starting it since I knew I could handle the intial discomfort based on previous experience. If one meal a day is difficult for you but you still want to do it, start with 2 meals a day and do that for a month or 2 and then you can do one meal a day on month 3 or 4.
-
Whether something is easy or difficult to do, you can always tackle it somehow. Ignore your feelings, use your reasoning, go ahead and conquer.

Day 21
Khan Black ST1, Dragon Reborn ST1
-
So the first cycle of the ST1’s of Khan Black and Dragon Reborn is done. On to the second cycle of the same stage 1 next year.
-
I did debate with myself on whether to move on to ST2 of both these multistages but no. I could use some deep healing by doing more cycles.
-
My mornings are very routine and self-disciplined but my afternoons and evenings need more structure. I plan to rectify this from the first day of next year.
-
Also need to add 3 more eye exercises next year to make it the complete 6 routines.
-
Will also be more strict about sleep timings. 11pm will be when I go to bed. Will start that from today.
-
Have to master Joe Dispenza meditations. Probably the parts of the day after morning might be dedicated to this.
-
Until then, washout and stay the current course.
How many minutes of listening do you do?
I do the full 15 minutes loop. I tried micro-loops but I always feel that am not completing a task when I do it lol.
Haven’t gone there yet, my friend.
What happened with this stack did u discontinue? Im running DDR. Thinking about adding khan black but do not want to overload. Did u run them separately first?
I think I only ran this stack for the first stage of KB and DR (before DR was updated to be DR RED). Have run both KB and DR separately in two different stacks before I tried them together but I guess I discontinued this one for some reason or the other which I don’t remember.
I have also ran all the stages of RED. Worst case of recon I had was when running this but I guess it also did a lot of healing. Of course the level of recon might be different for others but that’s my personal experience.
Would I recommend KB + DRRED? It’s always difficult to give recommendations but I would only caution you to be careful when running two multi stages together.
In the end only trying it out oneself can we know whether we can handle it or it isn’t for us.
I hear you everyone reacts differently. Let me ask you this how about running DDR stage 1 to clear childhood trauma. And then jumping into khan st2 .
This would work very well since DRR1 is the ultimate healing audio. After that you could go to K2.
Although I must admit there is a certain badassery in doing all the stages of DRR after which one does all the stages of Khan. Imagine what will come out of that. Something wholesome.
Thanks for your comment actually gave me desire to keep on with DRR solo cheers!
