When people say they completed “one loop”, what does that mean?
An entire 15 minute track?
Or where they settled at, i.e. 30 seconds?
One loop can be as little as 10s
One loop can be a full 15min .
Whatever is the Sweet Spot for them
The word “loop” threw me off at first too.
In my head, I read it as “one repetition” or “one play”.
