I stacked Ascended Mogul Q with Limitless Q on set-forget 24/7 loop for a full week in my home office (I work from home for a certain fruit-themed tech company 4 days a week).
So that I would hear the stack any time and every time I was in the office working.
I don’t set/forget Q subs anymore.
But my results were fucking incredible!
Over 6 days (days 2-7) I went from knowing basically nothing about iOS app development to having a working prototype of an app Ihad for helping me take on new habits through daily tracking and daily accountability.
I wouldn’t recommend set-forget with Q subs simple due to how much more powerful they are compared to the “legacy” subs.
Main reason is I ended up calling out most of my scheduled work hours during that week because the desire to get this app working hammered and hit me hard. I got massive reconciliation any time I wasn’t actively working on the app.
I just never did a journal about it really since it was only a week-long run.
