Today at work was really nice, I was actively seeking to speak with other co-workers, it’s like I had an inner motivation to create conversation with my fellow work friends, so much so, that I didn’t want to work at all, I only wanted to talk, I guess this will balance out eventually.
I had fun talking to female and male co-workers alike, I was bummed that one of our female workers was fired, she is really chill and she gets my jokes.
The boss asked me if I want to work until we close, I usually either say yes if I want too or I make up an excuse if I don’t want too, today I just said “I really really really don’t want too” so he tried to convince me by telling me that no one else can, so I told him “I’m not even going to make an excuse, I just really really really don’t want too, I want to go home and watch TV” usually I won’t have the confidence to say such things, but I guess I do now.
In terms of cognitive enhancement? I’m not sure, while driving to work I had many philosophical thoughts, I was arguing with people in my head about philosophy while trying to prove my point to them, it’s a really nice way to go deeper into your ideas and thoughts, imagine people you know try to argue with you, this way you will come up with arguments and counterargument and eventually you will know if what you think is legit or not.
Overall, a very good day, I like my work (for now, I will have to progress eventually).
