If I use Limit Destroyer, would I benefit from elixir?

I would assume yes, because limit destroyer is narrowly focused on limiting beliefs.

Elixir is more than just limiting beliefs.

Look at it this way…
Since they are seperate titles you will benefit from them in different ways.

Are you comparing running either Limit Destroyer or Elixir or are you asking what would happen if your run both?

The way I look at it, the healing subliminals would be best run in a certain order. Either by themselves or with another subliminal.

  1. Regeneration, Elixir (Heal from trauma, negative situations in the past)
  2. Rebirth (Become a new you)
  3. Limit Destroyer (Break through all limits)
    ?) Sanguine (Run this if you suffer too much recon)

This has strong similarities with the way the stages in Dragon Reborn are made with the exception of ST4.
