Yeah I added it to Genesis. I feel really ready for it. I hope good things are to come for both of us even through the struggles of those dreams and at times the daytime recon experiences.

The subs are fixing something within me that i wasn’t aware of, it got brought up into my conscious mind and i can feel the sub’s effect on that.

Other than that, something that was brought up in my dream a week ago is also getting worked on in my subconscious.

I can feel the emotional labyrinth that existed before this dream appeared is slowly unraveling.

I feel more free.

DRLD’s effect on my sexual life is getting more intense too. I don’t think there are scripts that directly affect sex, but the decrease in porn & masturbation certainly helps.

The gratitude and self-love scripting are steadily affecting my life more and more too.

Update 1:
playing mogul again has increased my productivity back to be as intense as how it was in this post

so the productivity was from mogul and then enhanced by DRLD. That does explain the discrepancy between my level of productivity and others in DRLD’s main thread.

I was overall still productive before I played mogul again, but mogul pushed me a bit more than before.

I do need to pay more attention to my health though, I will only play mogul once a week.

Update 1:
I thought i had a recon again for a second. Turns out i was just having an upset stomach lol

I did another introspection.

Mogul + drld are amazing for productivity, but lbfh has also helped me.

It changed the foundation of the focus of my work from enriching myself to partly also working for the sake of the people around me.

I noticed that I’m not working solely for myself anymore, but to help the people around me to be able to grow together. Shine together.

I feel like i’m a part of a bigger thing now, one that i genuinely care about fostering. I feel the “It’s not just about me, it’s about the people i love and care about” on a deeper level, not merely as something sweet to say anymore.

This change of perception has been helping my motivation a lot.

Looking back, i feel like a different person, i cared about the people around me, but the foundation is different, it was nowhere as deep as it is now.

Overflowing love that you can’t help but to spread around. Yet i feel in control about to who and how i share it. I don’t feel like a slave to the feeling, i feel like it’s a positive boost to me instead.

I have a guess that drld is helping me with this too. I won’t be surprised if it is.

planning future subs to use

i want to jump into DR a few cycles after this, DRLD has shown its capability to restructure the very foundation of my confidence, personality, and who I am. i bet DR will give me more since it’s a multi-stage title.

RM, UA, and QL are also interesting. i want to use at least one of them after DR

i also want to try CFW. the more I use LBFH, the more I get drawn into the chosen series.
but I don’t want to use an alpha sub, I have little interest in that. so chosen is out for now.
for CWON, i don’t care that much about nature, i feel like LBFH fits me better. the other goals of the sub are interesting though so i might play it in the future.

CFW offers the best for me. it can support me in helping the people i cherish and it also only has little alpha scripting from what I’ve been reading in the forum.

i want to wait for them to be in the ZPv2 MAX format first before i use them though, i still have to use DR:LD anyway so there’s nothing to rush.

WB looks like a fun sub to use after DR:LD while waiting for DR or CFW to be in the ZPv2 MAX format. i have never used a romance subliminal before and it helps with socialization and productivity. it’s perfect since i want to use DD but i don’t need that much focus on socialization alone for now.

mogul itself is a pretty effortless sub for me to run with insane results, I’m excited to see how the addition of genesis will affect that

my favorite sub LBFH will also have heartsong elements woven into it. imagining how mogul will interact with genesis is easy, but i can’t really guess how heartsong + LBFH will be

no recon.
productivity & lbfh’s effects are still high.
confidence is increasing even though I have things to worry about.

my upset stomach from yesterday has gotten better, now I’m sure that it was not recon, it was just my stomach making me feel bad. I’m also sure that the upset stomach itself is not a recon, I didn’t eat properly since the day before.

I’m not getting any recon anymore with DRLD, It’s not like I’m ignoring it, it’s the opposite, I’m actively checking myself for recon in order to experiment with it. playing it for 15 minutes from now on should be fine then.

Rest. taking action by doing introspections.

i thought my life was complete. i don’t have everything but I enjoy my daily life with its struggles.

LBFH changed that.
it showed me that there is more to it, I’m not just content anymore, I’m fulfilled, more than I was before.
it’s the missing piece that I didn’t know was missing.

that makes me think, what if I drop LBFH? I’m really hesitant but also curious.
what the bloom is going to look like?
how will it feel?
what will change?

i need to satisfy my curiosities

I think I’m getting recon, I feel hopeless, worthless, and anxious.

Update 2:
well that’s a quick fix.
i did:
0. Recon journal. it’s “update 1” above

  1. Workout. this did little, but it’s also the first thing on the list
  2. Drink water. around 1.2L. this made me not able to focus on the bad feelings from the fight or flight that came from drinking a stupid amount of water at once.
  3. Sun exposure for 15 minutes. this one is the biggest help this time. i felt better immediately after.
  4. EFT without talking or programming. i don’t know how effective this is since the sun exposure has done the bulk of the job.
  5. Gratitude journal. this is the most effective one. the feeling of gratitude overpowered the little bad feelings that lingered.
  6. Walk with music. this put the nail in the coffin. the feeling of gratitude from before stayed and internalized when I was walking with music.

when I was listening to music, i noticed that a certain emotional pain & worry that I held for decades had been healed. i felt so happy that I cried after.


from this experiment, I can say that sun exposure and a gratitude journal helped the most.
the next time I get a recon, I will only use one of the two to isolate and make the result clearer.

the recon came back, but I feel like the recon now is different from before. though I can’t play with it again yet since I’m still busy now.

there is still some stuff left to do from the list, this is exciting

the recon came yesterday but i didn’t prepare enough time for it. I’ll keep DRLD low & stop mogul until I’m not busy anymore.

LBFH’s effects resurfaced again after I listened to it today. i feel confident in my own thought & feeling. the feeling feels like it came from self love.


Update 1:
I’m glad I got a recon yesterday, it made me able to be consciously more aware of what kind of person LBFH is pushing me to be. what kind of tranquillity it made me thrive for. how to carry & evoke self love towards my daily thoughts and feelings.

I’ll have to experiment more on this again later.

i do it separately

i use the journal format from the book “the magic”.

list 10 things you are grateful about.
start every sentence with “thank you for”, “I am grateful for”, and the likes.
end it with the reason why you are grateful for it.

example: I’m thankful for … because …

after you are done writing 10, go back to the first and read it. feel & say thank you 3x after you’ve read a sentence.

DRLD 6m + LBFH 15m

i forgot to journal, I was too busy working and socializing. DRLD + mogul’s bloom + LBFH is great.

i think I can understand the different healing approaches of LBFH and DRLD.
LBFH is subtle & focuses more on overflowing myself with self love, self care, & self appreciation. whether it’s from how I think or how I feel.
DRLD is more direct, more in the face. it engages the foundations of who you are as a person directly. it tells you things straight into your face.

I’m not as shocked anymore with the increase in productivity, I feel like it has become a part of me. a big part of it has integrated well with me. this is one of subclub’s greatest power compared to other subliminal producers products. everything feels natural deeper & quicker.

From what you know about DR:LD action and reconciliation effects, would you consider stack both or the reconciliation would be too much? I feel DR:LD may induce too much reconciliation with a dense sub. What do you think? Besides you are at cycle 5, are there as much reconciliation?
