A friend of mine got the following notification after ordering a name embedded major a couple of days ago.
Order #******** was placed on June 21, 2025 and is currently On Hold - Unlicensed Modules
Do you have to license modules for name embedded majors now?
His support ticket account doesn’t work as well atm.
Does anyone know anything?
A long shot, he might have orderd a core instead of an extra module since modules need not licsencing with name embeded majors as far as i know

My recent name embedded major was on hold too (Unlicensed modules), after I submitted ticket it was resolved and completed. Engineer mistake I guess.
I got my name embedded within 4 days , and I dont think we need to license module for name embedded majors .
