Day 1
LBFH: 45 seconds
- be kind to myself and others
- don’t take things personally
Day 1
LBFH: 45 seconds
Day 2
LBFH: rest day
I slept well last night, better than usual.
Today, I observe subtle mood swings. I’m avoiding the automatic response but also trying not to force a change. It’s more like creating some space between those feelings and the response.
Day 3
LBFH: 45 seconds
On the night of day 2, I decided to stop my daily rigid habits and goals. The all or nothing mindset is a fatiguing battle. I felt agitated this morning, probably related this loss of control. It’s something I’ve battled with for years but I’m seeing more clearly than ever before, so perhaps I can learn a new way to flow.
I’m getting along better with people as I continue to drop my ego, which I was already progressing with, but since adding LBFH, I feel calmer and that makes it easier to avoid responding defensively when I’m triggered by fear, insecurity, or perceived disrespect.
Day 4
LBFH: rest day
Normal fears, but I can work on this. Acknowledging that others have the same fears and placing my focus more on others and less on myself is a good start. I think I lost touch with the idea that I’m a good person because I always felt hurt and it made me act in ways that hurt others.
