I did a search but didn’t find anything specific to this. I mistakenly put my ear buds in the wrong ears and listened to Primal. Is there any issue? Still get a benefit? I doubt you would recommend listening again properly, right?

Headphones aren’t even a requirement. Can listen on speakers. So you’ll be fine

In general, if you make a mistake, take note of it and don’t repeat it the next time.
Suppose your switching it leads to the subliminal not working. Do we worry about it? No. Simply be careful next time.
There is no need to be concerned. Do it right the next time. Even if it doesn’t affect subliminal programming, there is something to be said about doing things right.

No but seriously, I have done this before and I felt no differently or have any weird effects from it. I remember way back someone actually talking about switching like this to stimulate the mind even more, so I remember trying it, but nah, just continue like usual, journal, and take action towards the goals of the subliminal and you’ll do great.
