Learning Odyssey! Testing cognitive enhancement titles (Limitless ZP V2, RoM ZP V2, and Paragon Sleep ZP V2)

This is a journal to test cognitive enhancement titles. I have a hard burden of exams at school and I will experiment with:

ROM ZPv2

Limitless ZPv2 (hopefully tomorrow)

Mind Eye ZPv2

Paragon Sleep ZPv2 ( I didn’t own yet. O don’t know if will interfere with other titles because of more than 3 titles, but Saint made an important point. Sleep is fundamental for learning processing and memory).Just bought it tonight

Daily, I will log a subjective scale of items:

  1. Mental clarity (0-10)
  2. Focus status (0-10)
  3. Learning stamina (0-10)
  4. Headaches ( 0: none, 1-10: intensity)
  5. Exercise ( 0: none, 1: at least 30 minutes cardio, 2: more than 30 minutes)
  6. Sleep quality (0-10)
  7. Sleeping time (0: less than 6 hours, 1: more than 6 less than 8 hours)
  8. Other notes( testing and other stuff)

Then, update them here every other day.

Perfect. I will do the same in my journal. Writing long ass post in my own journal is such a pain. Will write the bullet points using scale. Why didnt i thought of it earlier ahhhh :weary:

we could participate in a healthy competition to e.g. both challenge ourself to work for a certain amount of hours each day.

That sounds interesting. How many hours do you want to study as goal each day? 4, 6 or more?

What are the minimum hours you need to work for?
And how many hours would you like to work for optimally?

I will like to work for 4 hours minimum. My ideal is 6 hours, daily completely focused. More than that is a blessing. I have family duties to attend (single parenting).

I use the application Flow to track my exact work time. I always study in 52min sections.

That’s is nice. I have Android. When I look for Flow tracker, it appears menstrual period trackers :grinning:

I use aTimelogger. I never used trackers but it is hard to track everything. Today, I spend more time in traffic than studying.

I guess today I will reach something close to 5 hours. I will report later.

Shit happens, I slept without setting my phone to stop after 1 loop. Whe I woke up in middle of night 3 hours had passed… May be 12 loops of Limitless ZP v2.:upside_down_face::upside_down_face:

Avoid listening to any sub for atleast next 3 days. Full rest, its imp. It happened with me once and you wouldn’t believe how it went with me, i started stone walling and even running the sub on schedule after that felt like no chnage was happening, give rest now, you should easily manage ur day and working hours without sub for atleast 3 days !

I should study more but taking care of children alone(cocking, cleaning, helping with homework, etc) takes time.

I wish 14 hours of study for next 50 days will be good.

I started and finished writing my 20-pages research paper on „myocardial regeneration after implantation of a left ventricular assist device in heart failure patients“ on the same day
