I have noticed 6h is the upper limit (for now) that I feel comfortable doing daily without needing rest. Better to do 6 hours daily, instead of alternating between more and days of not studying at all.

That’s perfectly good for medical school, if you can keep that paced while in clinical years, you will become unstoppable. As long as you balance your day, that’s pretty healthy.

My Pre-castinator mode request more hours daily. I am not tracking all time.
