So this stack is superb.
There’s a hella cute cart girl at the grocery store. She’s notoriously “cold” though I don’t like that word.
Never pays attention to me. Not like she’s purposely ignoring me. Has earbuds in while gathering carts.
Granted I’ve never said hi or anything. She usually seems in her own world when doing her job.
Today I was exiting the store, saw her with a line of carts. She saw me. Smiled. I didn’t even have time to think “wtf” I just smiled and waved.
Passed her. Turned around to check out her ass. Because it’s very checkoutable.

There’s reasons that masturbation, particularly PMO, drains your energy in a different way than sex with a regular partner.
I wouldn’t be able to see a connection between rejection for sex and masturbation, unless the latter happens after the former which to me would be something of a different, compound effect.
But, to me, the real drain is long-term and insidious (no pun intended, Senate). There’s more to it than simply rejection, if a long-term denial is what is taken into account.
Frustration. What else are you going to do when you wanna boogie? Which is the point of what I said.
Frustration is mental/emotional and is simply a condition. Just like joy. The whole point of transmutation is to change something into something different. I won’t even say better. Just different.
So, make the best choice that you can. That’s all anyone can do.

Depleting the will is where you say “I’ll do X” but then not do it. or whatever.
Strengthening it is saying you’ll X and then doing it.
My stack has me thinking about sexual advances with the partner being similar. Where the decline/rejection adds up to frustration and lowering the will.

Well, Divine Diamond is a much different experience than regular. It turns the act of sex into something spiritual rather than the lust filled original. Both gives new depths of pleasure though.
