Anyone ran LBH for a looong time, how long and what did you get from it?
I am strongly considering to run LBH for a long time possibly years along side DR in future customs. I’d like to know ppls experiences with it.

Iirc @Leandros ran/runs it consistently (?) Maybe he would share his experience.
I ran it for roughly 4 cycles. Though I never ran it solo (except the very first time I tested run it), it was either in a stack or in custom.
It forced me to see the dead weight in my life, the things that held me back from being happy. Depends on one’s situation this could cause conflicts.
Out of its objectives the ones I noticed are the laughter effects, universal love and/or protection aura. E.g. I laughed more easily and more often; while some issues in my life hasn’t been solved completely, an olive branch was offered; those around me are often in good mood.

Yeaa I run it since release in a custom.
First custom was with Paragon Sleep and the second with Ascension chamber.
Ohh boy what a ride.
After the first feel good week It put me trough the darkest subliminal journey so far.
Every day I get thrown in a black hole and the only solution was to love myself.
Again and again and again
Until it clicked deeply after 5 months.
Since a month I can give myself love whenever I need it.
Yesterday I was running a new custom for the first time, with Ascension/True Sell/Power can Corrupt as main cores.
I was out at night and on a escalator upwards, I see a women coming downwards and on my face I had the expression of some sort of needyness. ( I tried for 3 min to remember the feeling and expression I had but I couldn’t, I forgot it completely. That happens if you healed something effectively out of your system)
It hit me like a airplane, I search affection from women. Time to heal myself. Instandly a reservoir of love flooded into my problem and cleaning it out for 15 min until I was happy that I can give myself profound selflove and don’t need others to fulfill myself.
I had to consciously guide the love into the problem until it replaced the problem with love.
Its a very satisfying and strong state to be able to do that.
