Lbfh recon and relapse question

Is the LBFH suppose to cause recon and is it normal to go like 3-4 months without having any urge to watch porn then when you use LBFH in your custom, you all of a sudden want to watch porn and masturbate?

Trying to get some clarity because I thought I had gotten rid of this bad habit for good

PS the reason I said LBFH because I didn’t have any urges while running Emperor custom but when I added lbfh in a custom with male enhancement, all of a sudden I got strong urges to masturbate, which I ended up doing today.

Something changed in you, and your body’s response to said change is through that.

Rather than seeing this as “a bad habit from the past coming back”, what if you reframe it as a form of self exploration? Journal & try to see what the sub is trying to/has revealed to you about your past & about yourself.

3-4 months seems to be the common pattern. I also had some significant blockages broke down in me after 4 cycles of LBFH. Other subs I tried showed similar patterns too after 3-5 months.

Self love + Male enhancement, this is a good starting point.
Try to do some deep introspection about this topic.
It could be recon from the “second burst of effects” (as i like to call this burst of effects that happens after 3-5 months), or it might reveal something more about yourself, maybe even a new direction to take in life.

sorry for the mix up, what I meant was I used a different sub for 3-5 cycles(Limitless executive, Limit destroyer and Primal seduction), I think it was the 4th cycle where the urge to masturbate and watch porn went away. Was good on emperor for a month when I ran it with true social. I got side effects because true social was a major program being used with emperor(custom) but no urge at all till I decided to make a custom with lbfh, male enhance and synergy soul connection. This is my first cycle with my LBFH custom, but I’ve ran lbfh in the past as a single program before. I’ve ran my emperor custom two cycles now.

I list those three because they are the closest thing I can think that would cause me to feel the way I felt.

You might be right though. I need to do some introspection but not going to lie, I feel defeated today. I thought I had finally overcome the one thing that held me back but I guess I got more work to do. Still feeling down though

curious, would lbfh or synnergy soul connection cause women to show attraction?

Maybe its the brain fog but I recall reading somewhere from saint or fire I don’t remember, about how lbfh would give you attention from women or something like that, it was in reference to someone having recon but noticing women at his work place checking him out… my mind is in a blurr right now
