Lack of expression ‼️‼️

I think that here in the forum a lack of expressing the internal shifts . And discarding the little results . A lot of posts I see that goes as follows

I listened to certain sub __ this amount of time …

And then the user disappear …

Is this a lack of expression of a lack of awareness and attention to the inner world or discarding the inner world completely … solving this will enable us to see more results that are not reported

I think this is big proplem here and should be discussed … I once created a topic related to notice little results … but expressing the internal shifts needs a different one …

I’m all in for some form of scripting to being more aware of internal and external results. I’m giving modules below, but I it would be better to have a specific scripting for it.

Being aware of our own evolution and how we react to different subliminal is a big part of the growing process.

IMO, the most important aspect of using subliminals is truly convincing yourself that they do work. If you look at the experiences of some OG users who’ve reported crazy good results, there’s a big lesson in their journeys… Open-Mindedness.

I’ve seen some members say, “I don’t know if these subs work, but this other thing (X) does… I’m confused.” But could it be that they simply believe more in that other method than in subliminals? I really like what Nero from Nero Knowledge on YouTube says: A technique will only work to the degree that you believe it is possible. It’s your emotional conviction that makes it work.

Most self-help tips online focus on techniques, but if you don’t truly believe in them, how can they possibly work for you?

We manifest what occupies our dominant thoughts, whether consciously or unconsciously. If there’s doubt, that doubt will influence the subliminals results. So ask yourself: Are there others using these subliminals who are seeing life-changing success? The answer is clearly yes. So what’s the difference between them and me?

It’s simple. They genuinely believe, deep down, that subliminals are working for them, and that belief alone shapes their reality.

If you believe someone who says it’s not possible or that it has to be a struggle, then most likely, it will become a draining battle. But just like you have the choice to respond to any situation in life, in either a positive or negative way, why would subliminals be any different?

These are just my thoughts, of course, but to me, the most important thing is to fully convince yourself that subliminals work, and then train your mind to see everything that happens as working in your favour. You have that power at your disposal, your thoughts are your thoughts.

The mind always wants to figure out HOW all the dots will connect. But from what I’ve learned, it’s far more effective to focus on your mindset, let go, and trust the process. After all, how could your limited little human mind possibly know the exact steps the universe will take to bring your goals to life? A single puzzle piece doesn’t know what the finished picture looks like—it can only keep connecting with others until the full image comes together.

What you perceive as something negative or difficult happening to you could simply be what’s necessary to help you let go of the old, making space for the new version of yourself to emerge.

Make it a game to find only advantageous signs towards your desired reality no matter what happens to you. Lighten up, stop taking it too seriously, and have more fun with it. If you keep on listening to negative people that says it’s not possible, then you are actively looking for the negative instead of the positive.

Just some thoughts :brain:

Totally agree with journaling, putting results into words being incredibly important for the snowballing effect.

I would be cautious though to read too much into initial enthusiasm and disappearance from the forum.

It is kinda natural to come here, because one has a problem and is looking for the right path. Once the path is found, one might concentrate on taking action or journal oldschool per hand, which is for many more effective.

The longer the introspective journey goes the more intimate and personal the realizations may become and might be less suited for an open forum.

Its because the sub makes them more focued on their work or goals and they stop time wasting activities like using social media or being on the forum, you can check forums of people who use emperor black they usually dissapear wich is kind of funny tbh, them not posting about the results is the result lol.

Not sure this is actually a problem. I think some of us just choose not to share our internal micro shifts publicly for better or worse.

Like, it’s really nobody’s buisness that I’m sexually attracted to Black Cat from Spider-Man because I played Spiderman 2 on the PS2 as a child and that set the tone for my ideal woman which is why I’ve had a tendency to fall for emotionally unavailable, toxic, and star-crossed women that toy with my emotions and make me save them.

I’m better now. Lol

Most people think they’re self aware, but they’re not. I don’t think we can really change that.

I love journaling and updating. It helps me.

I also think that the people who disappear just have a life they’d rather be living than spending time on the forums.

A lot of the titles I’ve used, the threads are great initially, then the updates from people just seem to die off. Then I’m forced to become more aware of my own experience and then I journal that. So in some ways I find it actually helpful if other’s aren’t reporting. Yet I still rely on reading through the threads of titles that I’m using, to help with the optimism and motivation, and keep me sticking with it, during those times of recon and wanting to switch titles.

What i found work best to create more awareness about the results is to take a break from the sub. 1-2 months until the bloom is mostly over.

There you’ll get a better contrast to determine what the sub is doing much easily.

You’ll also be able to put the scripting into pure action mode in the break period. Which can provide its own values & help you take more proactive actions.

I’m still experimenting with this theory, but I believe there is a case that a long 1-2 months break/washout from a sub is useful to get the most out of it.

Also, in Ecstasy of Gold, there’s this functionality in Stage 1:

Embracing Small Manifestations

Helps you recognize and appreciate the subtle shifts that signal the beginning of profound change. Teaches you to embrace even the smallest signs of abundance, allowing them to grow and compound through gratitude and awareness. By celebrating these moments, you align with the flow of prosperity and begin to see wealth as a mosaic, built piece by piece. This perspective transforms seemingly minor events into powerful affirmations of your ability to create the life you desire.
