Ran my first loop of LEME for 5mins today. I got the urge to clean my kitchen and my bathroom, so I cleaned both even though I didn’t feel like it. A good taste of the Victory’s Call module.

I wrote 15 things that I’m grateful for this morning. I haven’t done that in a while. I used to do my gratitude practice religiously, but I stopped in October last year.

I’ve been thinking about how to use mind palaces a lot. I’ve been even looking at virtual homes to see if I could use it for a palace.

The word “NOW!” is being repeated in my head. I know what it means. Do what I need to do NOW and not later, but I’m still struggling with procrastinating. I guess it’s not annoying enough to get me to move just yet.

I just finished meditating. I got an insight while in trance.

I put too much undue pressure on myself to be great instead of just allowing myself to be. It’s like I won’t allow myself to be happy unless I’m somebody or contributing something meaningful. I’ve been living under society’s hidden rules for too long.

I can be happy now. I don’t need to be somebody to be happy. I can be happy now. Let go of this pressure to succeed.

Allow yourself to be happy now.
