Khan vs Quantum limitless

I took a break from Khan for about 2 months while I tried using Quantum Limitless. But after re reading my journals last Friday from when I first started using Khan I decided to switch back to that instead. Here’s what happened. I’ve gone over a week now without porn or masturbating, something I’ve struggled with since I was 9 years old. I’ve got a friend who’s officially going to start paying me to mentor her sons, I’ve had two ideal job interviews in the past days. Oh and let’s not forget the back to back dates with an 18 year old AND a college student tomorrow, plus the other 4-5 girls I’m in the process of getting dates with. I’m noticing way more willpower and drive to do what I need to to be successful. I’m taking 10 minute cold showers EVERY MORNING, despite living in Utah where it’s usually before freezing in the mornings right now.
All of this just since I started running the entire Khan program twice a day Friday. I just put all 4 stages in a row on a playlist and then listen to the entire program for 8 hours straight. Not noticing any reconciliation yet either
Thank you to everybody who gave me suggestions and advice in helping me decide between the 2 programs. Y’all are awesome!

Great @Carvermckay,

I’ve been in Utah before for some months (in the north), great state.

Which stages of QL did you run?

Stage 1 is great for healing you brain/preparing it for the next stages.

Stage 2 is where QL does it’s magic where you will get the “intelligence” aspects of QL.

Stage 3 is for the laser focus

Stage 4 is added benefits + 1,2,3

I ran the first stage for a month, same with the second. I’m still going to run the full QL program later, and I’m not bashing it at all. I was more just commenting on how fucking powerful Khan is. And I do believe running the QL stage 1 is what’s keeping the reconciliation away

The changes you’ve made sound very significant! Keep up the great work, and remember to thank yourself for your progress!

Yeah, I’m currently about to finish QL this Friday, it’s been one of the most painful roads in my life. I’ve had recon every day but I can see it working but the brain fog and headaches are something I’ve never had.
