I’ve listened to Khan stage 1 and 2 each for 2 months.
I’ll start stage 3 in march.
In hindsight.
I should have listened to ultrasonic cause for past 2 days of stage 2 ultrasonic.
I’m changing a lot accordingly to the program.
Hopefully I’ve absorbed stage 1 and 2 even if in masked form listening to 2 times a day for 2 months each.

I have only listened ultrasonic for 4 days now and results are exponential than masked ones listen
I have never noticed a difference. If you do, you can always just start.
There shoudlnt be a difference between ultrasonic and masked results
