Khan stage 2 physical changes?

For those who have run Kst2 what were some of the physical changes y’all started to notice. In the sales it says voice and posture, so I’m curious to see what y’all experienced since I am about to run it.

Impeccable posture and my voice became more projected - previously, I only projected it when needed, now it’s almost baseline.

That’s a good result, care to share more on the posture bit?

My shoulders are more relaxed/sprawled out and my lower back is more straight than curved unlike before while standing, sitting, even laying down.

I had it in a custom with Spartan, so that might’ve contributed.

Fat burning and vascular forearms. But that’s not limited to just Stage 2. Happened again to me when I started ST1 of Love and War.

WHAT

lollolololololololololololololololololololololololol

I have been obsesssed with voice and posture and didn’t know this was in Khan ST2. Been running ST2 for a bit.

I have been considering running LoTS because my mind is so geared towards posture. I found a lot of mobility exercises that have been really helping my posture. I’ve been way more motivated at the gym and it’s helped me find workouts that I enjoy and want to do instead of ones that I “should” do.

As for voice, I’ve been doing and loving karaoke and improving at that.

This all (body language and voice) ties together to me getting a SHIT TON of attention when I go to karaoke nights because i just freaking crush it on stage.

For the voice bit, it naturally came in with more self-esteem, confidence and expression of power.

For the posture, didn’t notice much till I was at the gym one day. I saw bigger guys with their shoulders folded-in, curved lower backs. Then I came across the mirror, looked and realized mine was more relaxed, without activating my back muscles. Just wider and upright.

Since then I kept bumping into stuff when I try to squeeze through smaller spaces😂

Khan definitely have some physical shifting, body language is more masculine, dominant and space taking.

Voice is more projected, deeper, going out with full force.

I’m looking bigger and more muscler and I look more handsome in my face.
