Hey guys so im new to this community and it looks like theres a bunch of great people on here so i stumbled across these subliminals by accident but from what i read they are very effective. Like alot of men here im looking to get really good with women and i know that i have to work on my insecurities in order to succeed in this but i have found it hard because im so insecure of my physical appearance and looks(im not the best looking cat) so i was wondering if running khan st1 & primal seduction (non iron throne) would be a good starting point or would khan st1 and iron throne be better.? Like i said im new to all this stacking subliminals things and would really appreciate the guidance from people that have been where i am and managed to move forward. That is a good stack. I run it. Iron throne does not have healing. I read a comment that says if you have insecurities run primal seduction standard.
I’d go with Khan St1 for some time, don’t expect results, expect healing!
Or if you want “quicker” results, go with Primal Sed, it depends on what your end goals are, Primal seduction and Khan are both different in terms of their goals.

If no gyms are open around you, get a home gym or do bodyweight stuff at home. I’ve been doing pushups, pullups, bodyweight stuff exclusively for the past few months.

How are you improving as a man everyday? Do you meditate/cold shower? Do you watch porn and have addictions? I’m more speaking in general terms and not making assumptions, but just be honest with yourself before trying to fulfill some void. No girl or person will fulfill you if you cannot fulfill yourself. When you can enjoy yourself and are proud of yourself because you put in the work to be great everyday, that’s when girls will start flocking to the energy you put out. No girl wants someone who doesn’t have their shit together. You might be able to fake it, but they’ll find out.
And as said earlier, men and women are all attracted to physical features. So get big too

As far as the healing goes for khan,what am i supposed to be feeling during the healing.? How will i know if im ready for stage 2.?
My goal is to get good with women but i dont want to overlook any healing i must do because i know i need it but would it be cool to run both khan st1 & ps considering they both have healing or should i just stick to one.?

Stick to Khan St1. Khan St1 will still programm some basic skills into your mind. This is what you need. Remember to socialise also (the more you can, talk to people).
Usually run 30 days each stage, but you could do 45 days each stages. I did 30 days each stages and I had good results at St4 (when I started St4 I got had sex with 4 differents girls in 3 weeks) before that I was getting laid 1-2 per year hahaha.
So, if you want quicker results at the expanses of getting less results, go with 30 days each (which is like the minimum recommanded. If you want to build more (the longer you stay in each stage, the better your results) go with 45-60 days each stages.
St1 and St2 are more programming oriented. St3-St4 are more results oriented. So you need to take into consideration that running St1 and St2 for longer will mean 90-120 days where you won’t be seeing crazy manifestation. The question is… Are you patient enough?
What did you go through on st1 and st2?
Reconciliation & reconciliation. Not going out. My dog and grandfather passed away while I was running Khan St1. I had a lot of grieving to do, and even in St3, usually people start seeing results in St3, I only bloomed in St4.
St1 and 2 “programmed” my unconscious to prepare me for Khan St4.

Well, since I was grieving and was stressed a lot. I just checked my journal and remembered, adding my grandfather and dog passing away in the same month, I also moved out of my parents’s place, and finished my psychology bachelor, started working full time in a job. Which is partly why I was soo stressed.
But yeah, results wise,I already had seen two girls in Khan St1 (because I was talking to them before starting, Primal Sed helped me a lot), and I was sooo not horny because of everything happening in my life and reconciliation. During St2, I had crazy anxiety but the confidence was high, girls started checking me out more! But I didn’t pull the trigger because I just didn’t felt like it 
It’s a little bit like what I am living right now, I have a swollen and painful knee, I don’t really feel attractive of comfortable going on dates with girls, but I still see girls checking me out hahaha, all of that SS Aura almost constantly on. I’ve been putting SS in my custom since I started running custom subs.
What u say about stage one and libertine 
I only started libertine during St3 I think, I wanted to increase the attraction… And added true social when it came out. I had never experienced superchargers before!
